Area of specialization: | I am working mainly across GIT, ENT, and skin disorders, and most days feel quite packed with mixed cases. In gastro practice I handle liver disorders, LPRD, acidity, digestion imbalance, and gut discomfort that sometime affects sleep and daily energy in ways patients dont always notice early. My ENT work covers ear infections, nasal blockage, sinus problems, throat pain, and those small irritations people often ignore for too long.
With skin diseases, I see itching, rashes, and chronic patterns that needs steady follow up and small changes over time. I try to connect gut health, immunity, and lifestyle, even when the link is not very clear at first, and yes sometimes progress feel uneven but still important. I pay close attention to history, diet habits and response to treatment, even when results come slow,, working across these areas keeps my thinking broad and a bit restless in a good way!! |
Achievements: | I am gaining clinical exposure by examining around 2000 patients in different settings, and that experince shaped my case assesment and clinical judgement alot. Some cases was confusing at start, I had to pause think again, learn sloww. This patient volume built my confidence patience and listening skill, even when answers dont come fast, I keep trying adjust plans, learn from each patiant!! |
I am a doctor with hands on clinical experience mainly across GIT, ENT, and skin conditions, and over time this mix of departments really shaped how I look at patients as a whole, not just one organ or symptom. In daily practice I usually see cases like acidity, bloating, bowel irregularity, reflux and digestion related discomfort, along with ENT problems such as throat irritation, sinus congestion, ear pain, and recurring infections that sometimes dont settle quickly. A fair share of my work also involves dermatology concerns like rashes, itching, allergic reactions, fungal infections, and long standing skin disorders that need patience and steady follow up. Many times I notice how gut health and skin are linked, even when the connection is not obvious at first, and this is where careful observation really matters, even if answers dont come immediatly. My routine always starts with detailed history taking, understanding diet, lifestyle, and enviroment factors that might be affecting thier health. I usually prefer step by step treatment planning rather than rushing into aggressive methods, especially in chronic GIT or skin cases where response can be slow or uneven sometimes. I try to stay attentive to small symptom changes, patient feedback, and how the body reacts over time, because even minor improvements tells me something important. There are days where results feels clear and satisfying, and days where I pause, rethink, adjust the plan again,, and continue learning from each case I recieve. Working across digestive health, ENT disorders, and dermatology taught me to think beyond one system and keep my approach practical, consistent, and honest even when progress takes longer than expected!
