Doctor information
Experience:
3 years
Education:
JS Ayurved Mahavidhyala Nadiad
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on infertility care where small diff in details can change whole outcome, and I keep circling back to check if I missed somthing important or not. My core work is around low AMH support, beej-dusti correction, and cases where beej formation is weak or follicle size stay small, which really needs careful Ayurvedc observation. I also manage male infertility like low motilty, trying to read dosha-agni imbalance even when notes get bit messy sometimes. I rely on persnalised Ayurvedic therpay, diet correction, and daily rutine guidance to support natural conception and better reproductive health. Progress dont always move straight, but steady pragnancy planning with root-cause thinking usually bring visible shifts over time.
Achievements:
I am still surprised seeing how many pts return to me for follow ups or even small health doubts, and that trust feels like my real achievment till now. In my Ayurved practice I focus on careful patient care and clear treatment planning, even when I recheck notes twice or fix tiny detials later. That steady loyality from patients, it keeps me grounded and reminds me my work is growing step by step, not perfect but real.

I am Dr Akshar Dave, running my clinic Shrii Ayurved in Junagadh, Gujarat, and even now I sometimes pause and think how small the clinic once was and how many pt have come in with quiet hope and many questions. My main work stays around infertility management, skin disorders, and digestive issues like IBS and IBD, and honestly every case still teach me something new even when I feel I already seen similar patterns before. In infertility cases, I spend extra time understanding dosha imbalance, prakruti–vikruti mismatch, and deeper dhatu level changes, because I feel small details makes a big diffrence in planning proper Ayurvedic tretment. Sometimes my thoughts move fast between ahar-vihar planning, herbal selection, and daily routine correction, and I double check again if the guidance really fits the patient life or not, even if that takes longer sitting time. Skin complaints like pigmentation, acne, and chronic inflammation also come very often, and I usually connect them back to gut health, agni balance, and metabolic disturbances. At times I may explain a concept quickly and then slow down and repeat it in simpler way, because clarity matters more than speed even if I sound bit tangled while talking. Digestive disorders such as IBS and IBD require patience from both doctor and pt, and I try working step-by-step with classical Ayurvedic herbs, diet reset, and lifestyle therapys, even when results look small in the begining. My focus always stays on long-term balance rather than short term relief, and when digestion settles or skin clears after months, or a couple finally conceives, there is this quiet feeling that the effort was worth it, even when the journey feel little messy at times.
