Experience: | 7 years |
Education: | Dssrau Jodhpur |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly focused on Ayurveda medicine along with Panchakarma therapies, and to me these two are kinda inseperable, they work best when timed right and not used randomly. I spend a lot of time understanding each patient’s prakriti, dosha balance, digestion strength and daily habits before deciding any treatment, because one fixed formula rarely fits diffrent bodies.
Sometimes treatment means only diet and lifestyle correction, sometimes a full Panchakarma cycle is required, and other times a small herbal formulation does the job better.. I take Panchakarma seriously, selecting therapies based on season, patient strength and actual need, not just routine schedules.
In daily practice I manage digestion disorders, joint stiffness, skin flare ups, recurrent fevers and stress related complaints, and I keep noticing how small food and yoga changes can bring steady improvment when patients actually follow them. Medicines I use are mostly classical Ayurveda formulations, carefully checked for quality and proper use, even small mismatch can reduce effect I feel. |
Achievements: | I am grateful I got chance to attend major Ayurvedaa conferences like 9th World Ayurveda Congress 2022 at Panjim, where I was listenning to senior vaidya and learning clinical Ayurveda practice ideas. Later I was attend the Ayurved Vyaspeeth Silver Jubilee & International Seminar 2022 at Nagpur, and also Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad Seminar 2022 Bhopal it gave me claritty, few confusions too but helped shape my clinical intrest!! |
I am trained in classical Ayurveda, and my way of looking at health usually starts beyond just visible symptoms. I pay close attention to dosha imbalance, naadi examnation, changes in the eyes, skin tone, and even the rhythm of breath, because small signals often speak louder than big complaints. Some days the pulse feels clear, other days it shifts and makes me rethink my approach, and honestly that keeps me alert and grounded in practice. I work with patients dealing with chronic digestive disorders, recurrent fevers, joint discomfort, and skin flare ups, and I try to match each condition with guidance from classical Ayurvedic texts. Treatment may include herbal formulations, single herbs, or compound medicines depending on what the body recieve best. At times I prepare certain medicines myself, focusing carefully on sourcing, grinding, cooking, and storage, because one small error can reduce the strength of a formulation and that matters more than many realise. Managing urgent Ayurvedic situations is another part of my work that feels both demanding and clarifying. Sudden fever spikes, allergic flare reactions, or acute digestive colic dont always allow long waiting, and handling these cases has taught me how Ayurveda can respond even under pressure, though each case still needs calm judgement. Panchakarma therapy is an area where I have strong hands-on exposure, from Vamana to Basti, each therapy needing exact timing, preparation, and after-care. I never rush decisions here becuase not every patient benefits from detox at the same stage, and sometimes restraint is more important than action. Alongside major therapies, I regularly suggest yoga postures, simple dietary corrections, and gentle Ayurvedic substances to support daily balance. Restoring health rarely happens in one dramatic moment, it usually comes through steady adjustments — better sleep habits, mindful food choices, and timely cleansing when required. My role often feels like guiding, reminding, sometimes insisting when advice gets ignored, and when patients return saying their fatigue feels lighter or pain has reduced... that quiet feedback makes the long effort feel worthwhile.
