Area of specialization:
I am working mainly in clinical skills where I handle day to day patient issues, and honestly I keep learning while treating differnt conditions. My focus stays on skin & hair care like acne, pigmentation dandruff and hairfall, along with joint and bone disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and joint stiffness which many people struggle with daily. I am also managing respirartory concerns like common cold cough seasonal flu and allergic rhinitis, plus digestive health issues including constipation indigestion loss of appetite and IBS, though sometimes cases feel tricky. In general practice I see fever weakness and preventive healthcare needs, and I also apply Ayurvedic therapies like basic Panchakarma Deepan-Pachan chikitsa and Rasayana therapy with a modern integration mindset, even if few cases take longer then expected!
Achievements:
I am observd patints daily, around 50 patints each day for one year under specialized Ayurveda doctors, and honestly that pace was intense but taught me quick clinical judgement. I learn to watch symptoms closly, note patterns, and handle busy OPD flow without loosing focus, sometimes miss small details but correct them fast, still learning alot from that experiance.

I am a compassionate Ayurveda practitioner with BAMS training, and during my 1 year of internship I got deeply involved in real patient care and daily clinical practise, sometimes handling busy OPD days where quick thinking was needed but still staying rooted in Ayurvedic principles. I usually focus on diagnosng both chronic and acute conditions by understanding dosha balance, prakriti, and lifestyle patterns, because many times small daily habits creates bigger health issues later. In my routine work, I deal a lot with skin disorders, hairfall problems, rheumatoid arthritis, digestive health concerns, respiratory ailments, and lifestyle-related disorders that comes from stress, food habits, and irregular routines. I try to observe each patient carefully, not just symptoms but also their diet, sleep cycle and daily schedule, since Ayurveda belives treatment works best when whole lifestyle is considered not just medicines. Some days feel challenging, especially when conditions are long-standing, but gradual improvement is what keeps me going! I also rely on classical Ayurvedic formulations and therapeutic planning while selecting treatments suitable for individual patients, rather than giving one fixed method to everyone. My internship period gave me strong exposure to clinical examination, patient counselling, and selecting right therapies based on need, season and body strength, though at times I still re-check details twice to avoid small erros or oversight. Overall, my approach stays patient-focused and practical, mixing traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with careful observation and step-by-step management. I aim to support patients dealing with chronic diseases, acute illness, and preventive health needs, while encouraging better lifestyle choices that supports long-term wellness and stability in health,, even if progress feels slow at first.
