Area of specialization:
I am working as an Ayurvedic General Physician, handling patients with all sorts of conditions—sometimes it’s just day-to-day fevers or skin rashes, other times it’s long term issues like diabetes, thyroid imbalance, gastric troubles or joint pains that ppl carry for years. What I try is not just giving a “medicine for the symptom,” but to go deeper into the dosha imbalance, lifestyle errors, and underlying cause that actually triggered the disease in first place. Most of my plans are mix of classical Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma when needed, and a lot of lifestyle + food corrections. I spend time explaining simple routines—like right timing of meals, better sleep habits, even small stress management tips. These things sound basic but they totally shift recovery pace. For chronic cases, I usually do a step by step correction rather than throwing big protocols at once, coz I’ve seen that slow steady adjustments last longer. I also focus on preventive care—teaching ppl about seasonal regimens, immunity building herbs, and how to avoid recurrence of their illness. In many cases, once patients understand how their prakriti (constitution) works, they feel more in control of their health instead of always depending on outside intervention. Ayurveda for me is not just a treatment system but a way to restore balance and give people confidence in their own healing. My role is just guiding, choosing the right herbs, therapies, and lifestyle corrections that fit their life. Whether it’s a simple acidity case or something like chronic arthritis, my aim stays same—safe, natural, sustainable healing.
Achievements:
I am grateful that in these 3+ yrs I could treat more than 500 patients, each case different and teaching me something new. Many came with chronic problems, some with lifestyle issues, some just with small but nagging health complains. By focusing on right diagnosis, balancing doshas, choosing proper herbs and Panchakarma when needed, I’ve seen patients recover step by step. The best achievement for me is watching them feel lighter, healthier and more confident about their own healing.

I am working as an Ayurvedic physician for more than 3 yrs now and in that time I’ve seen and treated over 500 patients with all sorts of health concerns—chronic disorders, lifestyle problems, everyday digestion issues, anxiety, joint pains, stuff like that. Most days my focus is on digging into the root cause, not just stopping symptoms. For that I usually rely on Panchakarma when needed, herbal formulations that fit the patient’s prakriti, plus simple but powerful lifestyle corrections. Sometimes even small tweaks in diet or sleep routine makes big diffrence. In my practice I try to keep things very personal—no two patients get the exact same plan. I look at their constitution, daily habits, stress levels, and then build a treatment that’s workable for them. The aim is always sustainable healing, not quick fixes that don’t last. Patients who come with long standing issues like thyroid, arthritis or acidity often say they feel lighter not just in body but in mood also after following through for some time. That’s important for me because Ayurveda never separate mind and body. Over these years, I’ve also developed a strong interest in preventive healthcare. I find myself explaining to patients how routines like dinacharya or seasonal regimens can prevent half the disorders we usually see. Some don’t follow right away but when they come back and say “doc that thing you suggested actually helped” it feels like the best validation. Education is a part of treatment for me—I don’t just hand out medicines, I want them to understand why we do what we do. I keep learning too, diving back into texts, keeping updated on new research, discussing with peers. Because Ayurveda is deep, and every case teaches me something new. My goal is pretty simple though—provide authentic, ethical care and help people move towards balanced health without making it over complicated. Seeing patients gain confidence in their own healing is maybe the most rewarding part of this journey.
