Area of specialization:
I am holding an MD in Kayachikitsa, which is the main branch of Ayurvedic internal medicine, and most of my work revolve around managing chronic systemic conditions that usually dont get solved by only quick medication. My practice covers urinary disorders like recurrent infections or kidney related issues, respiratory concerns like asthma, chronic cough, digestive problems ranging from acidity to IBS, and also joint diseases including arthritis and back or knee related degeneration. Many people also come with sexual health concerns, skin disorders like eczema, psoriasis, metabolic problems like diabetes, thyroid, obesity, and lifestyle related illnesses that keep growing these days. Because of my training in Panchakarma, I dont look only at symptoms but try to find root imbalance behind. Sometimes its digestion, sometimes stress, sometimes faulty daily routine, and each plan is made according to that. I design holistic care plans with herbal formulations, diet regulation, lifestyle changes, detox therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti when needed, and long term monitoring to ensure stability. For me Kayachikitsa is not just about treating the disease name but about seeing the whole person infront of me, their prakriti, their emotional state, their living enviroment. I try to bring all those details together while planning, even if it takes time. My aim is always sustainable healing and balance, rather than short term patch up.
Achievements:
I am happy that I secured All India Rank 122 in AIAPGET, which gave me a lot more confidence in my academic grounding. I took part in more than 25 national level seminars, sometimes as listener sometimes active in discussions, just to keep my self updated with the new ideas in Ayurveda practice. Along with that I also worked in 50+ medical camps, which was a very humbling exp since you see raw community health need there. Right now I also hold place in Kerala PSC MO rank list, which feels like a recognition of steady work.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with more than 7 years of clinical work, and my focus always stays on offering holistic and very individualized care that reflects classical ayurvedic science but also fits in daily life. My path started at Jiva Ayurveda, where I got to sit with patients for long detailed consultations, listening, sometimes debating inside myself about the best approach, and then planning treatments for things like diabetes, arthritis, skin problems, digestive troubles, even tricky hormonal imbalances. That early phase gave me lot of space to sharpen my diagnostic skills, especially in prakriti and vikriti assessment, where two people may show same disease but in reality need completely different line of care. Later on, I took up role as Chief Consultant at Santhigram Ayurveda Panchakarma Centre in New Delhi. There I wasn’t just treating, but also leading day-to-day clinic work and guiding a team in Panchakarma procedures. Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Abhyanga, Shirodhara – each of these therapies I planned and supervised based on the patient’s full profile, not just symptoms. I managed cases of spine issues, joint pains, PCOD, infertility, stress-linked disorders, chronic gut problems, and many other lifestyle induced disease. I could see how structured Panchakarma when used in correct sequence brought not just temporary relief but long-term change in energy, digestion, even mental clarity. For me treatment is not only medicine or therapy, it’s teaching someone to understand why imbalance happen in the first place. I use classical herbal formulations, structured diet guidance, lifestyle corrections, and always stress on awareness and discipline. Sometimes it feels like I am as much a guide as a doctor, reminding patients that healing is a partnership. Now as I continue, my aim is to keep bridging ancient knowledge with modern health challenges. Whether someone comes with chronic pain, metabolic disorder, or just seeking preventive balance, I want them to feel heard, respected, and guided safely. Ayurveda for me is not a rigid set of texts, it’s a living science, and I try to bring that same living energy into every consultation.
