Achievements:
I was honored with the Jivaka Award by Himalaya Wellness Company in recognition of my academic excellence and dedication to Ayurvedic principles. I also received a Certificate of Merit from the Tribhuvan Holistic Health Foundation, which acknowledged my commitment to holistic healthcare and community wellness. These recognitions reflect my passion for integrating authentic Ayurvedic knowledge with compassionate patient care.

I have had the privilege of receiving diverse and extensive clinical exposure across some of Karnataka’s most respected healthcare institutions. My journey began at Shri Jayachamarajendra Ayurveda and Unani Hospital, Bengaluru, where I gained valuable experience in Ayurvedic clinical practice over a 6-month period. This foundational phase allowed me to understand patient care deeply through classical Ayurvedic diagnostics and therapies. I then served as a trainee in the Department of Psychiatry at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, for 2 months, where I developed an integrated understanding of mental health from both Ayurvedic and modern psychiatric perspectives. This training enhanced my ability to approach psychosomatic and stress-related disorders with a more holistic and empathetic outlook. Further, I underwent training at K.C. General Hospital, Bengaluru, and Government Ayurveda Dispensary, Hirehalli, Tumkuru, each for 2 months. These placements provided hands-on experience in treating a wide spectrum of conditions, including chronic illnesses, respiratory disorders, metabolic syndromes, and women’s health issues in both urban and rural populations. I also worked at Epidemic Disease Hospital, Bengaluru, where I was actively involved in understanding public health management, infectious diseases, and community health dynamics. This experience sharpened my skills in managing epidemic outbreaks and preventive care from an Ayurvedic standpoint. Each of these diverse settings helped me develop a comprehensive, patient-centric approach, blending traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with real-world clinical challenges. I remain deeply committed to delivering personalized care that restores balance and long-term wellness in every patient I meet.
