Area of specialization: | I am mostly into treating general health issues but not in that generic way—my interest really lies in catching things early, when they still reversible, manageable through proper Ayurveda. I see a lot of arthritis cases, not just knee pain types but even back stiffness or early joint degeneration, and I like working on them before they become too chronic. Same with gut stuff—IBS, indigestion, gas-acid issues, sluggish digestion etc. These are usually linked with agni imbalance, and if we correct that, most things fall into place.
Also work a lot with women on things like PCOS, painful periods or delayed cycles. And thyroid, obesity, pigmentation—all these are interconnected once you dig deep. I keep checking how doshas behave in each patient, their prakriti, but also how their routine or food or sleep is affecting it. Ayurveda doesn’t give one-size answers, right?
I use herbs, of course, but more than that I focus on food patterns, daily habits, emotional load. Detox if needed. Real recovery happens when the root starts settling down—not just when the symptom stops. Every case is unique. Every plan should be too. |
Achievements: | I am grateful I got to work with Patanjali Ayurved for 15+ years—honestly, that whole phase shaped the way I treat now. I learnt a lot by handling real-time OPDs and getting direct feedback. Was blessed to receive personal appreciation from Swami Ramdev ji and Acharya Balkrishna ji, which meant a lot to me. Also got to be part of IMCOPS for some time—those meetings and inputs really helped deepen my perspective on classical Ayurvedic formulations and clinical protocols, esp for chronic conditions. |
I am practicing Ayurveda since over 20 years now—feels like a long time when I think abt how much I’ve seen, and how much I still learn everyday. My whole focus all these years has really been about *real* healing, not just symptom control. I work strictly by classical Ayurvedic principles, no shortcuts, no watered-down versions. Whether I’m treating arthritis or tricky metabolic things like NIDDM or even early IDDM (yes, seen some reversal too), my approach stays rooted in dosha-balancing and understanding the *why* behind the issue—not just slapping a label and moving on. Most of my cases are chronic ones—joint problems that have stayed for years, hormonal or autoimmune imbalances, Type 2 diabetes... or skin disorders that keep recurring even after modern meds. And in fertility concerns too, especially where conventional plans didn’t give any result, Ayurveda really does have solid ground to stand on—if it's done properly. I mean you can’t just give a herb and hope it works, right? You need to understand prakruti, doshas, agni, timings, combinations... every step. I also use my own experience with different Ayurvedic medicine brands and their true effectiveness over years—trust me, not all are the same. Over time I’ve sort of built my own system for figuring which herbs, which form (churna? vati? decoction?), how much dose, and when to give it. Even 10 minutes late in a day can change how some remedies work. My treatments usually combine internal herbal meds with panchakarma therapies when needed, and I always include diet and lifestyle correction, that's not optional—sometimes that's 60% of the cure already. I listen a lot before suggesting anything. Because sometimes patients are telling you their exact imbalance, they just don’t have the words for it. What I really try to do is create a practical yet personalized healing plan that respects both ancient knowledge and the individual’s daily life. Healing has to feel doable, not like a punishment. And if Ayurveda is used properly? It’s powerful, beyond what most people think.
