Doctor information
Experience:
15 years
Education:
SVNH Trust's Ayurved College
Academic degree:
Postgraduate Diploma in Panchakarma
Area of specialization:
I am a BAMS doctor with specialization in Panchakarma Chikitsa, working mainly with classical Ayurvedic detox and rejuvenation methods, and I stay close to traditonal texts rather than using synthetic medicines. My way of diagnosing is through Dosha, Dhatu, and Mala assessmnt, looking at the root imbalance not just symptoms, which sometimes takes time but feels more complete. I use classical herbal formulations and Ayurvedi procedu like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana, depending on what the body really needs. I focus a lot on chronic and lifestyle disorders, guiding patients through Ahara and Vihara along with therapies, because diet and routine often get ignored you know. I aim to restore natural balance through individualized Ayurvedic treatment, promoting long term helath and steady wellness, even if progress feels slow at first.
Achievements:
I am deeply into Panchakarma and Dosha based dignosis, working with Shodhana & Rasayana therapy for detox and rejuvination. I help manage chronic and lifestyle disoders like stress, digestion and joint pain, trying to reach root cause not just symptoms. Many patients see steady recovery , and I keep follow classical Ayurved protocols, sometimes rechecking plans agian to keep long term wellness.

I am a BAMS graduate from SVNH Trust's Ayurved College, and yeah my journey into Ayurveda started there where I learnt the core classical principles that still guide my day to day practice. Later, to deepen my practical undersanding, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Panchakarma Chikitsa from Punarvasu Ayurved Prabodhini Trust, Pune, which honestly gave me much more confidence in handling detoxification therapies and structured treatment plans. For some time I was practicing in a gynecology hospital, and that expereince shaped how I look at women’s health even now. I used to combine Ayurvedic diagnosis with Panchakarma-based support, trying to manage different gynecological concerns through natural and holistic methods. Many cases needed patience, detailed observation, and sometimes small adjustments in therapy, and I feel that period taught me how important personalized care really are. At present, I run my own independent Ayurvedic practice with a primary focus on Panchakarma Chikitsa. My approach usually begins with dosha-based diagnosis, looking carefully at imbalance patterns before suggesting therapies. I rely on classical Shodhana (detoxification) procedures, disease management through Panchakarma, and structured guidance on Ahara (diet) and Vihara (lifestyle), though sometimes patients dont realize how much lifestyle matters untill we talk deeply about it. I try to stay rooted in classical Ayurveda, focusing on identifying the root cause rather than only suppressing symptoms. The goal, at least from my side, is to support long-term health, balance, and sustainable wellness, even if progress feels slow at times, becuase real healing rarely happen in a hurry.
