Area of specialization:
I am ayurvedic doctor working mostly in women’s health since last 5 yrs... gynaecological conditions is where i’ve put most of my focus, stuff like PCOD, painful periods, white discharge probs, irregular cycles—things that ppl sometimes ignore till it starts messing with daily life. I didn’t plan to go into this area at first, but once I started seeing how much women carry silently, I couldn’t look away. Right now I also conduct Garbhsanskar courses, and honestly that’s something really close to my heart. It’s not just about rituals or diet—though that matters too—but really about creating this calm, positive space where the baby grows with awareness from the very start. I try to bring together classical Ayurved teachings with more real-life, doable practices. Sometimes even just a small shift in daily routine or emotional support can do a lot during pregnancy. I work with patients not like I’m “treating” them, but walking along for a bit, listening, adjusting. That approach feels right to me. Healing isn’t formula based.
Achievements:
I am always looking at how a patient feels, not just what their report says. Honestly, if someone walks out lighter—in body or mind—that's what I count as achievement more than any certificate or award. I try to focus on long-term wellness not quick fixes, coz in my experience, even small shifts in lifestyle or food or routine can totally change how a person lives with their illness. If my work helps ppl sleep better, breathe easy or smile more, that means I'm doing it right.

I am ayurvedic doctor with 6 yrs of clinical practice—feels weird writing that down like a number but ya, it’s been a journey. I started out like many, full of doubts and honestly just trying to get through those early patient consultations without second-guessing myself every minute. But that changed once I got into the flow. I spent 2 solid years with Jiva Ayurveda as a consulting physician. That time really grounded me... not just in classical concepts but in how to deal with the real chaos that shows up in people's lives with vata issues, stress, gut imbalance, those tough skin conditions, and all the day-to-day chronic stuff we act like is normal now. I’ve also completed my Diploma in Panchkarma which was a big turning point. Not just for me, but how I understood healing. I interned at Dr. Avhad's Infertility and Panchkarma Super Speciality Hospital in Kopargaon, and lemme tell you—those were intense days. The kind where you walk in thinking you know what virechana is, and by lunch you’re like nope, there’s a whole other level to this. That place taught me things you don’t find in textooks. Real patients. Real pain. Real relief too, when things worked right. My clinical interest kinda leans more toward chronic issues—reproductive health, stress-related hormonal swings, metabolic sluggishness, and working with patients who feel stuck. You know, the ones who say “I’ve tried everything” and are ready to try this. I’m big on lifestyle mapping, understanding prakriti in context, and not rushing—just letting the body unlearn the wrong patterns slowly. Ayurveda doesn’t give shortcuts. But it does give clarity if you’re willing to sit with it—and I try to pass that to every patient who walks in. Not every case is smooth, and sometimes I don’t have immediate answers, but I stay curious, and I keep digging. That’s probably what keeps me going.
