I am mostly working with women who’re dealing with PCOD, infertility, breast lumps like fibroadenoma, period-related probs and stuff that just throws hormones all over the place. I try to not just fix symptoms but go after what’s behind it—like digestion, stress load, weight, all that dosha imbalance which sometimes goes unnoticed. For PCOD, I don’t do one-size-fits-all... I take time to see what’s off in metabolism, then use herbal med, gut cleanse, panchakarma sometimes, plus diet that actually fits the patient—not just generic gyaan. Same goes with menstrual probs—whether it's irregular bleeding or acne or missing periods... I look at it as a whole system shift, not just uterus thing. For fibroadenoma and breast issues, I often mix detox plans, specific herbs, sometimes lepas too—depending on how deep or long it’s there. It’s not overnight fix, but I’ve seen real shifts. And yes, infertility is where I try to bring more patience into the journey. Body needs time to heal n respond. I work on ovulation correction, cycle rhythm, and rasa dhatu quality—things that actually matter in Ayurved. Each plan’s tuned to what her body wants... not what textbooks say.
Achievements:
I am working a lot with fibroadenoma cases, esp those that ppl were told need surgery. In few of them—infected, painful, fast-growing ones—I managed to avoid that route using ayurvedic meds, proper detox, n daily tweaks in ahar n habits. Not a quick fix tho, it needs commitment. But I saw real change: pain reduced, swelling down, n tissue started to feel normal again. I kinda focus on longterm breast health not just cyst removal, which makes a big diff in recovery n confidence too.

I am an Ayurveda consultant who’s been into clinical work for like more than 10 yrs now, and honestly—every patient still teaches me something new. My work kinda revolves around gynecology, skin issues, general medicine, kids' care, n fertility probs. I use a mix of classical Ayurvedic chikitsa, herbs, panchakarma & a lotta diet counseling to get long-lasting results, not just some short-term fix. In gynecology, I’ve worked with hundreds of women facing PCOS, irregular periods, hormonal issues, fertility delays, etc., and most of the time it’s not just physical. I look into doshic imbalance, agni, even emotional triggers... use personalized protocols with herbal meds, uterine detox (Yoni pichu, basti when needed), and hormone-balancing ahar-vihar. I’ve managed over 500 cases in this area—each one different, each one needing its own path. I also work on chronic skin diseases a lot, esp. eczema, psoriasis, acne. For those, I usually go deep into gut and liver cleansing—Virechana, herbal lepas, and internal meds—no two plans are same, coz skin’s like a mirror, right? Pediatric-wise, I deal with immunity-building, digestion issues, recurring infections in kids... I use gentle meds, swarna prashana, massage therapy, sometimes just changing the food patterns helps big. I try to not overpromise—ayurveda takes time, but when done right, it gives real change. I blend classical knowledge with a lil modern understanding of physiology so patients feel heard and seen. Not every day is smooth, but I stay honest to my path, keep learning and adapting... coz health isn’t one-size-fits-all and neither is healing.
