Area of specialization:
I am focused mainly on treating infertility, skin problems, and sexual health stuff using proper Ayurvedic protocols—not just the basic herbs but deeper therapies too. I rely a lot on Panchakarma when detox is actually needed, and Kerala-style treatments like Abhyanga and Shirodhara—those help shift internal imbalances without pushing the body too hard. In fertility cases I go beyond hormones—there's digestion, mental stress, lifestyle—all of that comes into play. Same with skin… eczema, acne, psoriasis… I try to work from gut to blood to lifestyle patterns. I’ve worked a lot with cases where ppl already tried lots of things and came in frustrated. Ayurveda gives a diff way of seeing—one where we remove root causes, not just symptoms. Sometimes it’s about rebuilding reproductive vitality. Other times, it’s about calming internal inflammation or even correcting years of vata-pitta imbalance. I do use herbs, but they're always customized—nothing off-the-shelf stuff. And diet, yeah that’s a big part—what you eat decides half the healing. It’s not magic, but it works—when done right.
Achievements:
I am a BAMS grad from a govt college where I built a solid base in Ayurvedic diagnosis n chikitsa. In the past 2 yrs, I’ve worked on cases like chronic gut issues, infertility, eczema-type skin stuff, n lots of metabolic imbalances—things ppl usually ignore till they pile up. My approach is always full-body focused, not just removing one symptom. I combine classical therapies with very personal tweaks in ahar, herbs, & lifestyle—‘cause one-size doesn’t fit all, ever. Healing needs context.

I am a BAMS grad from a govt. medical college, and yeah, the last couple of years in Ayurvedic practice have taught me way more than what books ever could. Real people, real conditions, and sometimes the messiness that comes with it—that’s where I learned to really see what healing takes. My focus has been mostly around long-term and lifestyle-related issues. Stuff like gut imbalance, poor metabolism, joint stiffness, fatigue that doesn’t go away… basically those chronic things that people often just live with thinking they don’t have options. I lean hard into classical Ayurvedic tools—herbal medicines that are backed by real logic (not just tradition for the sake of it), Panchakarma when detox makes sense, and always looking into ahar (diet) ‘cause honestly if the digestion isn’t reset, nothing else holds for long. Sometimes the healing path is slow, but it builds from the root—and that’s the idea I try to explain to every patient who walks in hoping for long-term change. I don’t really separate Ayurveda and modern care as two opposite worlds. My goal is to connect both—bring in evidence when needed, use diagnostics smartly, and still stay true to what Ayurvedic thought stands for. It's this kind of integration that helps patients understand their body better, not just fix the surface. I still study a lot, not just from books or research—but from cases. Because every patient teaches something. And the idea is to stay grounded in the science, but flexible in the method. What I really want is to offer care that’s natural, safe, but not vague... something that actually works and fits you.
