I am mostly working with cases around sexual health, kidney stones, gut issues, diabetes, skin stuff—along with pain and fertility-related probs that ppl usually delay treatment for. I do both male and female sexual health care, like premature ejaculation, low libido, vag dryness, PCOS—each case’s different and that’s kinda the point, right? Ayurveda doesn’t generalize. I use hormone-balancing herbs, detox steps, diet tweaks, and yeah—some therapies when needed, but never one-size-fits-all. With kidney stones I go for shodhana if necessary or stick to mutravirechana + stone-breaking herbs that don’t mess up digestion. GI problems like bloating, IBS-type symptoms, or acid reflux—I treat through ahar-vihar corrections + gut-healing formulations. Fertility? I look at menstrual irregularities, low sperm count, blocked channels, etc., and go step-by-step—no shortcuts, just planned, natural support for conception. Pain-wise I handle joint stiffness, nerve issues, backaches with panchakarma, herbal analgesics and strengthening rasayanas. Diabetes—I work on insulin resistance and agni correction rather than just sugar levels... though we track that too.
Achievements:
I am working in Ayurveda long enough now that I’ve seen patterns—sexual health, infertility, skin, kidney stones, diabetes—they show up diff for everyone. I’ve treated hundreds of such cases by now, each one teaching me smthing. I mix classical methods with what works practically. Not just herbs—but lifestyle shifts, gut focus, deeper root-level corrections. Still updating my approach every few months, testing stuff, refining. Trying to keep healing real and sustainable.. not just symptomatic fix.

I am practicing Ayurveda for around 17 years now—and honestly? every year still teaches me something new. Most of my work’s centered around chronic stuff... like lifestyle disorders, gut issues, joint wear-outs, PCOD, infertility, eczema-type skin stuff—cases that usually walk in after trying a lot of “fixes” that didn’t last. I try not to just chase symptoms. Instead, I spend time figuring out why something’s off in the first place—then I work from there. I use herbal meds, sure, but Panchakarma’s big too when the body’s loaded. Food habits? crucial. I tweak diets based on prakruti and how deep the imbalance goes. And yeah, prevention’s always part of the plan—because what’s the point of healing if it doesn’t stay? Over the years I’ve had patients from all kinds of backgrounds—office workers with acidity and fatigue, women struggling with hormone swings, elderly folks with knee pain that flares up in winter, people on 4–5 pills a day just trying to sleep or digest. What I do isn’t magic, but when done right, the results stick. I like blending the classical knowledge with new research when needed—it helps. Keeps things balanced and safe. The main thing for me is that people feel heard. Not rushed. I don’t want anyone leaving with more confusion than they came in with. If someone’s genuinely open to natural care and willing to stick through the process, I’ll walk that path with them fully.
