Achievements:
I am currently pursuing my MD in Kayachikitsa at Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital, where I focus on treating chronic and lifestyle disorders through classical Ayurvedic approaches. I’ve conducted clinical research on systemic diseases, contributed to studies on Rasayana therapy, and guided BAMS students in clinical settings. As a part-time consultant, I offer Ayurvedic care for respiratory, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions using herbal medicine, Panchakarma, and diet therapy.

I am Dr. Krishna Sai, an Ayurvedic physician and current MD Scholar in Kayachikitsa at Sri Sri Ayurveda Hospital. My journey in Ayurveda has been driven by a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing and a commitment to integrating classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern, evidence-based healthcare practices. Through my postgraduate studies, I am gaining advanced specialization in Kayachikitsa—Ayurveda’s core branch of internal medicine—focusing on the management of chronic, lifestyle-related, and systemic diseases. I am well-versed in traditional Ayurvedic texts and proficient in diagnostic techniques like Nadi Pariksha, Rogi-Roga Pariksha, and Dosha analysis. I also incorporate relevant modern diagnostic tools when needed to create personalized, effective treatment plans for my patients. My approach emphasizes balancing the doshas through a combination of herbal formulations, dietary planning, Panchakarma therapies, and lifestyle modifications. Over the years, I have developed a keen interest in research-based practice, staying updated on clinical advancements and contributing to scholarly discussions that bridge classical Ayurveda with today’s evolving healthcare challenges. Whether it’s managing metabolic disorders, autoimmune conditions, stress-induced illnesses, or general debility, I strive to offer comprehensive care that not only treats the disease but restores overall well-being. As an Ayurvedic physician, I firmly believe that healing is a collaborative process. I take time to understand each patient’s unique constitution, lifestyle, and concerns, aiming to empower them through awareness and sustainable health choices. My goal is to guide individuals on their journey toward health, balance, and longevity—rooted in the timeless science of Ayurveda.
