Area of specialization:
I am mainly into integrative & holistic health, sometimes I feel the word itself sound heavy but in real life it just means bringing things together. I try to unite classical Ayurved wisdom with modern evidence based practice, because both have strong value. My focus is not just on one symptom or report, I look at whole person—mind body spirit—and try to see where imbalance is hiding. Many times the problem is not only physical but also in stress, sleep, or food habits that slowly break down health. I design personal wellness strategies, not standard one-size-fit plan. It may include herbal medicine, mindful nutriton, stress managment, daily lifestyle counselling or even small changes like fixing sleep cycle. Preventive care is also big part, because avoiding disease is easier than treating late stage complication. My goal is always long term balance, not just quick fix. Healing for me is sustainable and individualised, where patient can carry the plan in their own life without depending fully on clinic visits. Sometimes it take more effort, sometimes less, but I belive in that journey.
Achievements:
I am kind of proud that I authored a paper on “Diabetes Reversal through Integrative Approaches”, the title sound big but really it was about putting together Ayurved wisdom with evidence based modern ideas. The work focus on type 2 diabeties, not just control but how lifestyle and holistic plans can reverse many cases. Writing it was not easy, I had to balance research data with practical Ayurvedic insights, but in end it felt like real step towards showing sustainable path in chronic disease care.

I am an Ayurveda practitioner with more than 25 yrs in clinical practice, sometimes I wonder how fast this journey has gone but at same time every patient taught me something new. My main focus has always been on lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, obesety and those complicated metabolic imbalance that slowly eat away at health. Along the way I also worked a lot with neuro rehabilitation cases, autoimmune conditions, long standing sleep issues and those chronic stress related problems that never show up in tests but disturb life deeply. When I meet patients, I don’t just see numbers or reports, I try to understand prakriti, the constitution, because Ayurveda really begins there. Diet, lifestyle changes, daily habits… these small things add up. Many times people expect quick medicine, but I explain why root cause must be corrected or else same problem come back. Preventive healthcare is not easy to sell in today world, but I keep trying with each consultation. Over years I got chance to work with people from very diff backgrounds, some looking for complete natural care, some already on heavy allopathic treatment. I feel integrative medicine is the real way forward, where Ayurveda can stand alongside modern healthcare without conflict. For eg blood sugar control naturally, gut health recovery, or post neurological injury support, all these areas shown me how two systems can actually work together rather than against. I also spend lot of time in explaining, sometimes more than patient expect, because I believe education is part of healing. Structured wellness plans, diet charts, simple breathing practices, even just listening, all of that is care. I have seen Ayurveda reduce medication load, improve sleep, help auto immune cases stabilize, even restore balance where nothing else seem to work. I try to stay updated through workshops, clinical discussions, research forums. Ayurveda is timeless yes, but also needs to speak to present generation in simple language. My goal remain same: help people regain vitality and live healthier balanced lives, not just free of disease but really feeling alive again.
