Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am an Ayurvedic doctor focusing on hair loss & scalp health—things like androgenetic alopecia, diffuse thinning, dandruff, receding hairline, I see these almost daily and try to understand whats really causing it, not just surface level. I also work with skin issues like acne, melasma, eczema, psoriasis and hyperpigmentation, though sometimes cases overlaps and need deeper look. My practice also includes womens health—PCOD, menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalance, leucorrhoea etc, and gut concerns like IBS, acidity, bloating, constipation… digestion is often ignored but it affects alot. I do prakriti assessment and create personalised wellness plans, not fixed protocols becuase every body is diffrent. I guide Panchakarma in a home-adaptable way (when suitable), and provide diet & nutrition advice based on dosha and also whats actually avaialble in patient’s location, which matters more than ideal plans. Stress, anxiety, sleep issues like insomnia or burnout are also something I adress, since they quietly impact most conditions.
Achievements:
I am worked with 2000+ patients in haircare and hair loss issues, using ayurvedic medicines and a holistic aproach that include nutrition, counselling and regular follow ups. many patient has shown results within 5 months, which I think shows consitency matters alot. I focus on personalised care, but sometimes results vary a bit, still overall outcome is good and improving continously.

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician with 3+ years of clinical experiance, currently practicing in Nagpur and also working with Traya, an evidence-based hair and scalp wellness brand in India. At Traya I review patient cases daily and design customised Ayurvedic protocols, and then actually track outcomes over time… which matters a lot, because many recomendations look good on paper but dont always work the same in real life. My work there has shaped a more practical, results-focused approach. I dont just suggest herbs and move on, I follow up, adjust, sometimes re-think the plan if the body is not responding as expected. That part is important I feel, even if it takes more effort. Alongside this, I also do independent consultations for concerns like hair loss, skin issues, digestion problems, menstrual irregularities and stress-related imbalances. My process always starts with a detailed prakriti-vikriti assessment, because the same condition can come from very diffrent root causes in different individuals, and treating only the symptoms rarely helps long term.
