Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am mainly working on pain management & long term disease care with Ayurveda, lot of my focus go on musculoskeletal n systemic disorders that just dont settle with routine medicine. I handle cases like cervical or lumbar spondylitis, sciatica, slip disc, osteoarthritis of knee, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, frozen sholder, ankylosing spondylitis n fibromylgia. Neurological side I also see migraine, vertigo, partial paralysis type issues. In chronic systemic illness I manage patients with fatty liver, congestive cardiac failure where heart pumping weak, IBS, ulcers, allergic rhinitis, and even provide support for cancer & auto immune disease care. I prefer indivdualised approach with herbal medicines, panchkarma detox, plus correction of diet & lifestyle pattern.. many times small changes in daily routine gives better recovery than heavy dose drugs. Aim is always long term relief, better mobility, functionality and most important quality of life rather than just temporary symptom control.
Achievements:
I am grateful that during my undergraduat days I recieved a Gold Medal for academic performance, honestly that moment felt more like a push than just a prize. It remind me that deep study in Ayurveda was not only about marks bt also shaping how I treat patients later. That medal sort of gave me confidence but also pressure too, like I had to live upto it. Over years in clinic I still think back.. that early recognition laid base for my clinical focus n patient care approach.

I am working as an Ayurvedic consultant for more than 32 years now and honestly still learning something new with every patient who walks in. My main focus has been on chronic and recurring condtions, those stubborn cases that keep returning even after conventional treatmnt. Many people come after trying long courses of allopathy, sometimes even years, and yet the problem relapses. For me Ayurveda gives a way to go deeper – not just stopping a symptom for few weeks but really addressing root cause with proper prakriti-vikriti analysis, detailed history and matching therapies to the individual body type. Over time I realised that autoimmune disorders, gut troubles like gastritis or IBS, hormonal shifts, thyroid imbalance, metabolic disease like diabetes or obesity and chronic pain syndromes all respond when we apply authentic principles with patience. I use combination of classical herbal formulations, Panchakarma when suitable, and of course diet n lifestyle correction. Often small changes in food or routine makes a bigger shift than just medicine, though both go hand in hand. Some cases require longer commitment but I have seen transformations that even surprised me, when long unresolved issues finally ease out. I also believe follow up is as imp as first diagnosis. Many patients leave treatment half way and lose the benefit, so I try to stay connected, guiding step by step. Over three decades I worked with thousands of patients, sometimes whole families, and their trust keeps me steady. I dont promise miracle cure, Ayurveda is not about instant results, but about sustainable health that stays. Preventive healthcare is also something I stress much more now, because avoiding disease is always lighter than treating it later. I still feel responsible to keep Ayurveda accessible and clear, without making it look too complex or outdated. People deserve side-effect free solutions that are practical in daily life. My role is to make that bridge – classical wisdom translated into simple personalised care. And at the end what matters to me is that every consultation offers some clarity, some compassion, and a practical path that helps patient reclaim wellbeing step by step.
