I am working as an Ayurvedic Panchkarma consultant and over time my focus kind of moved into dealing with wide mix of health issues.. sometimes its chronic joint pain, arthritis or other rheumatological things where people struggle to even do daily task. Other days its skin, like eczema, psoriasis, long standing itching or rashes that just keep returning. I also meet many who suffer with gastric and digestion troubles, acidity, bloating, IBS.. and even those simple looking indigestion problems that actually disturb whole routine. In my practice I also see how metabolic concerns like diabetees or obesety slowly affect body in multiple ways, which need steady long term plan not quick fixes. Mental health too comes in picture, anxiety, disturbed sleep, depression type conditions, they show up often and require sensitive handling with Ayurvedic principles. I also support patients with sexual health disorders, which many hesitate to talk but it’s important part of overall wellness. My approach is always personal, trying to integrate classical Ayurveda with practical care that fits daily life, aiming for lasting relief not just temporary patch.
Achievements:
I am certified as Vaidya by Patanjali and honestly that made my base in Ayurveda feel much stronger.. not just in theory but in how I look at patients daily. The training was focused on classical texts, herbs, panchkarma, even diet rules which I earlier used loosely. This certification gave me a clear path to stick with authentic Ayurved practice, not shortcuts. I feel it reflects my committment to natural healing and keeps me grounded in those ancient wisdom that still guide modern care.

I am Ayurvedic Panchkarma Consultant and honestly that phrase is small compared to what the work really mean for me. Ayurveda is not just a profession, it feels more like something i live with everyday.. I spend a lot of time studying classical texts, matching them with what i see in patients, and then deciding the right therapies. Panchkarma is deep science, not just about detox like people usually think, but about balancing doshas and restoring the body’s own healing power. Many times I sit with a patient and realise the treatment is not only about ghee or basti or virechan, but about listening to them, finding that hidden imbalance, mental or physical, that no test report can always show. That part makes my practice different, or at least I like to think it does. I try to keep treatments simple and practical. Some patients want quick results, others need slow long approach.. and Ayurveda allow both if you understand how to plan. Writing also play big role in my journey. I share thoughts on Ayurvedic healing, sometimes essays, sometimes small notes, and it got recognised with awards which felt encouraging though I still see writing more like extension of practice. Through words I explain Panchkarma, herbs, diet, lifestyle in ways that patients or even students can understand without getting lost in Sanskrit or heavy medical jargon. Everyday I learn something new, from a text or from a case. Few times I doubt myself, like did I choose the right sequence of therapy, or maybe I should have adjusted the dose, but then results reassure me and remind me to trust the science. My goal remain same: to make Ayurveda accessible, real, useful in modern life. Panchkarma is not easy, for doctor or patient, but when done rightly, it change lives. And that is what keeps me motivated to continue this path, writing, consulting, healing, sometimes quietly doubting, but always moving forward.
