Experience:
8 years
Education:
Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly working with ayurveda in a way that look at the whole body not just one part, cause in my view health is about balance everywhere. I specialize in treating different chronic and acute issue through authentic ayurvedic principles, using herbal formulations, panchakarma detox and daily lifestyle correction. Sometimes the problem looks small like digestion going off or stress that dont let you sleep, but I know they connect deeper with hormones, joints, immunity and even breathing issues. My focus is always to see prakriti and vikriti of each person, kind of mapping where imbalance start, and then choosing the therapy that fits them. Some patients need herbs to calm agni, some need detox for removing ama, some just need small but steady changes in food habits. I try not only to treat symptoms but to correct root cause so body find back it’s own balance!! In my experience this holistic method bring long term relief and real wellness, not just temporary fixes. Sometimes it is slower yes, but sustainable.
Achievements:
I am trained with a specialized verification in Ayurvedic skin treatment, and honestly that whole process change how I look at skin disorders. Before I use to treat them just as external problem, but after this study I understood how deep the roots go in doshas, digestion, stress factors etc. This achievement gave me stronger diagnostic skill, I can see patterns more clear now. I focus more on evidence-based ayurvedic therapies, herbs, diet changes, sometimes panchkarma too!! The results last longer and patient trust more when treatment is not just surface level. It make me confident but also remind me how skin health is so complex, I keep learning every day.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with over 10 years in practice, and honestly even now I feel like I’m still learning something new with every patient who comes in. My whole approach is to look at a person not just as a disease or set of symptoms but as a unique body-mind balance shaped by prakriti, vikriti, lifestyle and habits (sometimes even small things like sleep timing make huge difference). I focus on creating treatment plans that go beyond temporary relief and actually work on root cause correction. Ayurveda gives me this strong base – herbs, Panchakarma detox, tailored diets, daily routine shifts – but I also keep my eyes open to how modern lifestyle complicates things. I have managed a wide range of chronic and lifestyle related health issues: digestive disorders that linger for years, joint pain that limit mobility, hormonal problems like PCOS or irregular cycles, metabolic conditions including weight concerns or diabetes, stress-linked troubles such as anxiety, sleep disturbance etc. Each case feels different, and I always try to customize therapies to the person rather than just apply a textbook formula. Sometimes it’s a mix of herbal medicines and structured Panchakarma, other times it’s more about small diet changes and counseling around habits. My goal is long-term wellness. I want patients to feel empowered, not dependent. When they begin to see that Ayurveda isn’t only about removing illness but about prevention and balance – that’s the turning point. I try to make them part of their healing journey instead of passive recipients. Even after a decade in practice, I feel inspired watching someone transform through natural care, it reassures me that Ayurveda remains deeply relevant in today’s fast paced, stressful world. Consultations with me are never rushed. I take time to listen, to understand patterns, triggers, emotional side of disease too. A careful diagnosis leads to a plan that is practical and sustainable. Maybe I can’t promise quick fixes all the time, but I do promise honesty, personalization, and care that align with authentic Ayurvedic principles. That’s what makes my practice meaningful, and that’s what I continue to refine day by day.
