I am working in gynaecology and obstetrics with a focus that kind of grew naturally from seeing how every stage of women’s health has its own challanges and needs. My work goes from handling menstrual disorders, irregular cycles, PCOS and hormonal imbalance to guiding couples through infertility struggles and supporting natural conception when possible. Pregnancy care is a big part of my daily practice too, from antenatal visits to safe deliveries and then postnatal recovery where small details make big diffrence. I also take time to help women manage menopausal changes because that transition is often overlooked but affect quality of life in many ways. I use Ayurvedic principles like prakriti-vikriti assesments and combine them with modern diagnostics, which means I look at both the root imbalance and the medical picture right in front of me. Sometimes diet corrections or herbal formulations give more long-term stability than quick fixes, sometimes we need both approaches together. For me the goal is not just treating the condition but creating balance that last beyond the clinic visit. Every case is personal, and I try to keep treatments compassionate and practical rather than rigid. I care deeply about education too, helping women understand their own reproductive health better, because when patients know the “why”, healing becomes smoother. My specialty is really about blending tradition with present needs, making sure care is both safe and holistic—even if progress feels slow at times!!
Achievements:
I am mainly working with women facing PCOS, and honestly it’s one area I feel deeply connected with.. I try to manage it in a way that is not only about short term relief but about restoring balance for good. My focus stays on regulating periods, improving fertility chances and calming the hormonal ups downs that disturb everyday life. I rely on Ayurvedic herbs, diet tweaks, and lifestyle shift, all tuned to each person’s body type. Sometimes results take time, but they stay longer!!!

I am working as a gynaecologist from last three years, mainly with women who come at very diff stages of life.. some with early menstrual issues, some struggling with fertility, some in pregnancy or later in menopause. My focus is always on giving them personal time and not rushing because I feel many problems open up only when you listen proper. I follow Ayurvedic way but with strong evidence base, making treatment plans that match each patient’s prakriti and vikriti, so it’s not one-size for all. Sometimes its simple like balancing diet and lifestyle, other times we need deeper work like herbal formulations, classical therapies or guided detox. I manage cases like PCOS, uterine fibroids, irregular cycles, painful periods, and also support in pregnancy care and postnatal recovery. With menopause also, i seen how much women need reassurance along with remedies, small changes in food or daily habits can really shift their comfort level. I often combine traditional methods with newer understanding, not ignoring modern medicine but blending insights. This help to address root-cause, not only surface symptoms. Education is big part of my practice – I explain why certain imbalance happens, what patterns I see, and how patient herself can contribute to long term healing. Many tell me this makes them feel more in control, which I think is important in women’s health. I respect classical texts but I also adapt them to current lifestyle realities. My aim is sustainable wellness, not quick fixes that don’t last. Over these years, working closely with patients taught me more than any book, every case gives a new angle. I keep learning, keep refining how I approach care. My commitment is simple: create safe, supportive space, use Ayurveda with clarity, and help women find balance at each stage of reproductive health.
