Dr. Sachin Rastogi
Experience: | 15 years |
Education: | Akhil Bharatiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad |
Academic degree: | Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly focused on Neurology & Orthopedic disorders, that’s where most of my practice goes. I deal with patients struggling with long term problems like neuropathies, chronic back and spine disorders, degenerative joint disease, mobility restrictions.. all those conditions that don’t just affect health but also daily living. My role is not only to diagnose but to really understand how the condition impacts their function.
I work with cases of movement dysfunction, neurological deficits, persistent pain, post-injury recovery etc. Many of these don’t have quick fixes, which means the plan has to be sustainable and personal. I design evidence-based treatment plans, but I also make sure they’re practical and empathetic—patients need clarity and encouragement as much as they need precision.
Some cases need coordination with physio or other specialists, and I believe in that collabration. Continuity of care is key, we keep adjusting as conditions evolve. My goal is simple: improve quality of life while restoring as much function as possible, whether it’s walking without pain, regaining strength in limbs or slowing degenerative change. |
Achievements: | I am holding a Masters in Neurological Physical Therapy along with a BNYS degree, which kinda lets me bridge modern rehab science with natural healing methods. This mix help me design care that isn’t just short-term but sustainble for patients dealing with neuro issues. I’m also an enlisted Ayurveda practitioner and part of AMA, which keeps me connected to wider medical community. For me, achievements are less about awards n more about seeing recovery that lasts, function coming back, quality of life rising. |
I am an Ayurvedic practitioner, working since 2005—that’s more than 10+ years walking in this path, but honestly it feels like every case still teaches me smthing new. When I first started, my main aim was just to apply the classical texts into real life… but slowly I saw that no two patients ever come with the same root cause, even if the symptoms look identical. That realization changed my whole way of practice. Over the years I’ve treated a wide spectrum—chronic joint pain, arthritis, digestive troubles like acidity, bloating, constipation, skin disorders, even complex metabolic issues such as diabetes and hypertension. I also get many cases of stress-linked problems where mind and body show mixed signals, and Ayurveda helps to untangle them. Panchakarma therapy is a big part of my work, not as a trend but as a genuine detox tool when applied rightly. I focus on planning therapies that actually fit the person’s lifestyle, cuz not everyone can manage long, intensive schedules. I rely a lot on personalized herbal formulations, diet guidance and lifestyle correction. Sometimes small things—meal timing, sleep balance, daily routine—make bigger shifts than any strong medicine. My consultations go beyond symptom-checking. I like to see how someone eats, thinks, moves through the day. That’s usually where the imbalance hides. Over this journey, I’ve also been part of community programs and health talks, spreading awareness about preventive health, seasonal regimens, and self-care in Ayurveda. Sharing knowledge feels as important as treating—it empowers ppl to take control of their own wellbeing. Some treatments work slow, some faster, but my approach is always steady, natural and root-focused. Ayurveda to me is not just medicine—it’s a way of balancing daily life with awareness. Even after years in practice, I still feel curious, sometimes humbled, by how deep this science really goes. My aim is simple—to help patients heal in a way that lasts, and guide them to maintain that balance long after therapy ends.
