I am mainly working on treating long-lasting & tricky conditions with Ayurveda—things like peptic ulcers that just don’t heal right with usual meds, sciatica that flares off n on, or sinus that keeps dragging through seasons. I use a combo of classical herbal formulations, Panchakarma (when needed) and a lot of custom tweaks in diet-lifestyle—because ya, one-size never really work. Some cases like diabetic wounds need slow careful wound care with herbs + proper dosha balancing, and I do take time explaining the “why” behind each step. Same goes with skin conditions or joint issues like osteoarthritis n gout—just applying some cream or popping tablets is not the real fix, right? I also see people with infertility or heavy bleeding (menorrhagia), where timing and body rhythms matters. Ayurveda gives space for the body to re-balance naturally, and that’s really what I aim for—healing from inside, not just short-term symptom chase. The goal’s always long-term relief, not a band-aid.
Achievements:
I am mostly working with osteoarthritis & sciatica cases these days—have seen quite a lot actually, some ppl even came in walking real stiff n barely bending. I follow a pretty strict combo of Panchakarma, herbs, and honestly, lifestyle change is a must (not everyone like that part tho). But once the pain starts easing n they feel like “ok I can move again,” it's worth it. I try not to rush it—real healing takes time, and that’s what I focus on.. making it last.

I am an Ayurvedic consultant working since more than 6 yrs now, and honestly it's still kinda amazes me how deeply this science can transform ppl’s health when it’s applied right. My clinical practice mostly revolves around treating chronic stuff—like diabetes, stress, weight gain, BP—and I use a mix of classical Ayurvedic medicines and real, practical life advice that actually fits into modern routines (well, mostly… we all know routines are hard to follow sometimes!!) One core part of what I do is Kerala-style Panchakarma. These therapies aren’t just detox for the sake of it—they’re designed to literally reboot the whole body when done at the right time, with right prep. I work a lot with internal cleansing, oil therapies, and personalized regimens based on each patient’s Prakriti and Vikriti. It takes time, but when you see someone’s energy and sleep improve after years of fatigue or migraines, it’s worth it. My focus has kinda settled into lifestyle disorders now—things that creep in slowly like PCOD, high cholesterol, emotional burnout. And I put a lot of stress on prevention too. During consults, I usually walk patients through Dinacharya, Ritucharya, herbs, and diet plans—not just dump meds and leave it there. A good part of care is education, explaining what’s happening inside the body and *why* something needs to change. It’s not just about symptoms, right? I try to treat from the root and help people sustain the progress even after treatment ends. Long-term wellness, not just a patch-up job. If someone’s open to healing with nature, I do my best to guide them without rushing it. That’s how I see my role—being a steady support, not just a prescriber.
