I am mostly working with chronic and lifestyle disorders these days—things that don't go away with just a pill or a quick fix. My main focus is Panchakarma, and I use all five classical procedures—Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and yeah, Raktamokshana too, when it fits. These aren’t just detox tools... they’re deep reset therapies, and if done properly, they change the entire disease pattern. I also work a lot with Rasayana therapy, especially for people who feel burnt out, low immunity, early aging signs or just tired of being tired all the time. And I deal with a bunch of metabolic stuff—like diabetes, PCOD, thyroid imbalance—and digestive messes too, things like Grahani, hyperacidity (Amlapitta), piles (Arsha). Each case needs its own logic really. Some patients come to me just cause they're anxious or can't sleep well. And yeah, Ayurveda has answers there too—through counseling, sattvic habits, subtle shifts in diet + dinacharya that actually do bring peace. Anyway, I look at the whole person. What they eat, how they breathe, what they carry emotionally. That’s the kind of healing I aim for... not just “treatment”.
Achievements:
I am someone who’s constantly tryna bridge classical Ayurveda with what ppl are actually dealing with right now. Treated hundreds of patients with chronic stuff—thyroid, pcos, gut imbalances—without pushing longterm meds. My work around Pathyadi Varti got me curious about restoring lost Ayurvedic preps, and yeah, ended up formulating herbal blends for detox n liver strength. I do in-clinic and online consults, kinda proud that it reach ppl far beyond my city actually.

I am an Ayurvedic physican working for about 5 years now, and honestly it doesn’t feel that long cause every case still feels new in its own way. I started my journey in 2020—fresh, curious, probably a little overwhelmed too—but from the start I just knew I wanted to help people heal in a way that felt complete. Not just fixing the surface but really clearing out the root causes. That’s what drew me deep into Panchakarma and Rasayana chikitsa. My core work revolves around chronic disorders, lifestyle imbalance stuff, stress-related issues—all those modern complaints that classical Ayurveda actually handles really well when it’s done right. I do a lot of detox plans and internal medicine combos, all tailored. I try not to push one-size-fits-all stuff ever. Sometimes a person just needs Virechana to reset, other times it’s more about calming vata with herbs, daily rhythm, maybe just helping them sleep better again without pills. Most people come to me when they feel stuck. Like they’ve tried everything and nothing really worked. I see that a lot. And ya sometimes it takes patience—on both sides. But I do believe the healing we do with proper ahara-vihara (food + daily living), herbs, and therapies can completely shift the baseline of health. I mix classical texts with a bit of what modern life needs. I mean we can't expect everyone to live like it’s 1000 BCE... but we *can* make small changes that feel real and doable. That’s where I try to meet each patient—somewhere between ancient wisdom and their 9-to-5 reality. End of the day, I just want them to feel like health isn’t out of reach. Just needs the right map... and someone to walk with for a while.
