Experience:

Education:
Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on chronic metabolic and lifestyle disorders like Diabetes, Obesity, Hypothyroidism and related health concerns, because many people quietly deal with these issues for years and still dont fully understand what is affecting their body. I usually try to look beyond only symptoms, since same diagnosis can behave very differntly from person to person, and that part matter alot. My approach is more toward understanding the body properly before guiding treatment, because metabolism, energy levels, digestion and lifestyle habits are often connected in ways people dont realise at first. Sometimes progress can feel slow, yes, but I belive consistency and correct understanding of condition helps more in long run!! I try to support patients with practical guidance while keeping focus on long-term metabolic balance and healthier lifestyle management, rather than just temporary changes. Every body responds little differently, which is why treatment and advice should never feel exactly same for everyone, atleast that is how I look at it sometimes.
Achievements:
I am grateful to have recieved the Best Paper Presenter award at Jignasa 2021, which honestly felt like an important moment in my learning journey. Presenting academic work and discussing ideas in front of others taught me alot about research, clinical thinking and how important clear understanding really is. It made me more intrested in staying updated and learning deeply, because good patient care should always grow with knowledge, even if learning never fully stops!!

I am a BAMS doctor with 8+ years of experience in Classical Ayurveda and Panchakarma, and over the years I have realised that no two patients really come with the exact same story, even if symptoms look similer at first. My main focus stays on chronic metabolic and lifestyle disorders, where people often struggle for years trying temporary fixes but not always understanding the actual root cause. I also work closely with women’s health concerns, pain management, and Panchakarma-based healing, trying to approach treatment in a way that feels practical and personalised rather than rushed. I strongly belive in Prakriti-based diagnosis, because understanding a person’s body constitution matters alot before deciding the right treatment path, even small details can change the direction sometimes. A big part of my work is patient counseling, diet guidance, and lifestyle correction, which honestly many people underestimate in healing process. I try to spend time understanding daily habits, routines and health patterns, because treatment is not only medicines, it also depends on how body responds over time. Some conditions takes patience, and yes sometimes people feel tired of trying, which is understandable. My approach combines classical Ayurvedic principles with integrative care, keeping focus on long-term wellness and practical healing. I try to make patients feel heard properly, because when guidance feels honest and treatment feels personalised, recovery somehow become more meaningful, even if progress happen slowly at times.
