Area of specialization:
I am focused on sustainable healing through Ayurveda, and honestly I feel long-term health works better when treatment slowly become part of everyday life instead of feeling difficult or temporary. My approach mainly includes Ayurvedic guidance, nutrition support and healthy lifestyle practices tailored to individual needs, because every person’s body react little differntly and same routine may not suit everyone. I usually try to understand eating habits, sleep, daily schedule and overall body balance before suggesting changes, since small lifestyle patterns often affect health more than people realise. Sometimes concerns build up quietly over time, and that is why I belive healing should feel steady and realistic, not rushed or overwhelming. A big part of my focus stays on helping people through balanced nutrition, Ayurvedic wellness guidance and personalised lifestyle correction, keeping care practical and easy to follow. I try to support patients in ways that feel natural for their routine,, because better health often grows slowly with consistancy, right habits and care designed for individual needs!!
Achievements:
I am grateful to have consistently achieved Gold Medals in both UG and PG academics, and honestly academics always pushed me to understand Ayurveda more deeply rather than just studying for exams. I also had the opportunity to deliver a lecture at Ayurved Vyaspeeth, Dombivali on Pushpadhanwa Ras, which felt really meaningful because sharing knowledge somehow deepens learning too. I am also fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, which helps me connect with patients from differnt backgrounds more comfortably,, and proper communication always matters alot in healthcare!!

I am working as an Ayurveda Consultant since last 4 years, and during this time I have realised that every patient comes with different concerns, even when symptoms may look same at first. I also had the opportunity to work with Patanjali Ayurved in Baroda, which gave me valuable practical exposure in Ayurvedic consultation and patient care, and honestly helped me understand different health concerns more closely. My special interest stays in Dermatology, Reproductive health issues and Metabolic disorders, because many of these conditions quietly affect confidence, routine and overall wellbeing more than people often express. I usually try to understand root cause properly before guiding treatment, since skin concerns, hormonal imbalance or metabolism problems are often connected with digestion, lifestyle and body balance in ways people dont always notice. I belive healing works better when treatment feels natural, personalised and patient focused, not rushed or confusing. Sometimes concerns take time to improve, specially with chronic skin or reproductive health issues, but consistancy and right approach can slowly make meaningful differnce. I try to guide patients through Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle understanding and balanced care, because better health usually grow step by step,, not all at once!!
