Area of specialization: | I am a General Physician with a strong intrest in Ayurvedic research and everyday healthcare. My focus is on understanding health in practical way, looking at common concerns and trying to support better well-being with a balanced medical approach. I belive in careful observation, patient understanding, and learning how Ayurvedic principles may help in day to day health managment, though every person respond differently.
I am especially intrested in research in Ayurveda, because there is still lot to explore and understand properly. Sometimes healing take time, and I try to keep things simple, clear and realistic for patients. My approach is based on listening carefully, understanding concerns, and helping people make informed choices for there health, not just rushing things!! |
Achievements: | I am deeply intrested in evidence-based Ayurvedic care, and one of my academic achivements include publishing a case study on the Ayurvedic management of Endometriosis in the Journal of Emerging Technologies and Innovative Research. In this work, I explored ways to help reduce the chances of surgery and improve quality of life for patients, which honestly matter alot in long-term care. I keep looking at practical Ayurvedic aproaches for chronic womens health concerns, though every case feel a bit differnt!! |
I am someone who has worked as a Senior Research Fellow under the SMART DYSLIPIDEMIA PROJECT by CCRAS, where my focus was around research related to dyslipidemia and evidence-based Ayurvedic understanding of metabolic health. During this experiance, I was involved in a research-oriented environment that helped me understand patient conditions in a more practical and detailed way, though every patient can be different and thats something I always keep in mind. My work under CCRAS gave me exposure to structured clinical observations, Ayurvedic research methods and a deeper understanding of lifestyle-related health concerns. I try to approach every health issue with patience and clarity because sometimes small symptoms gets ignored for too long. Research has taught me to look carefully at patterns, not just quick fixes. I belive healthcare should feel understandable, not confusing. While working in a research setup, I learned how important it is to connect medical knowlege with day to day patient concerns, even when the condition seem simple at first. I still think careful listening matter a lot in treatment and guidance!!
