Area of specialization: | I am focused mainly on ano rectal disorders these days—stuff like piles (arsha), fissure (parikartika), and fistula (bhagandara), which honestly messes with people more than they talk about. I use Ayurvedic protocols, especially ksharasutra therapy, internal medicines & panchakarma combos when needed. Non-surgical route is my first go unless there's no other option. Every treatment I start is tailored bcz no two cases act the same. Some need bowel regulation first, some are all about wound management.
Even small signs like itching or occasional bleeding shouldn’t be ignored—most ppl wait till it’s chronic or painful, and then come. I work to reduce that pain, ya, but also prevent recurrence. That part matters just as much. And yeah, these are sensitive issues but I make sure patients feel safe enough to actually talk. I mean how do you treat what they don’t even share properly?
I care most about giving actual relief that stays, not just patch-up cures. |
Achievements: | I am mostly working on ano rectal cases where ksharsutra really makes a difference. Like, I’ve done multiple procedures for fistula-in-ano and piles that didn’t need cutting or stitches... just thread and patience (plus follow-ups of course). What I find most useful is how this therapy actually shrinks the sinus and helps heal it slowly but steadily. Not just symptom relief—actual closure. It’s satisfying when ppl who struggled for months finally say things feel normal again! |
I am working in the ano-rectal care space for a while now and honestly—this field don’t always get enough attention. But it should. I focus on managing piles, fissure, fistula and similar conditions using Ayurvedic principles, mostly non-surgical or minimal invasive approaches when I can. My aim’s always to help patients avoid unnecessary procedures & reduce discomfort through safe, steady healing. I take time with diagnosis bcz in these cases... it really really matters where the root is. I’ve had patients who were in pain for years, you know, trying random creams or ignoring symptoms bcz they were embarassed or unsure where to go. I totally get that. That’s why I try to make things clear, simple and doable. No rushing into shastra unless really needed. My background in Ayurveda lets me see each case not just from anatomical view but how dosha imbalance is triggering or sustaining it. Also, post-treatment care is big deal for me—diet correction, bowel regulation, wound healing all that takes time. Most people think once bleeding stops, they're cured, but I push for long-term stability. Whether someone’s dealing with recurrent abscess or just starting to notice discomfort—I try to build a plan that fit them, not just the textbook version. It’s kinda tricky work but it really feels worth it when someone says they finaly slept through the night without pain. That’s the point, right? I don't promise miracle cures. Just real support, right from the first consult to the last follow-up.
