Area of specialization:
I am currently working as an Ayurvedic gynecologist, mostly dealing with things like PCOS, infertility, period delays, fibroids, that whole set of concerns which honestly are wayyy more common than ppl realize. My main focus is on understanding where these issues are really coming from—not just patching symptoms. Most of the cases I see involve hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, or long-term fertility struggles, and each one needs it’s own type of attention. I go with a more root-cause-based method—Ayurveda kinda forces you to do that, in a good way. I use herbal meds, detox therapies like panchakarma when it fits, and usually a bunch of food and lifestyle corrections that aren't too overwhelming but still real effective. Some cases move fast, some take time... but I like making that long plan with the patient, one that actually fits into their day-to-day. It’s not only about fixing the problem—it's more like bringing the whole system back to a stable natural place. Healing the body in a way that stays. And ya, that’s what I try to do with every woman who walks in.
Achievements:
I am working in the area of Ayurvedic gynecology from last 3+ years now—mainly seeing cases of PCOS, infertility, missed periods, hormonal ups n downs, and those kinda things that tend to stick around longer than they shoud. Through diet shifts, herbal combinations n proper panchakarma when needed, I’ve been able to help women get their cycles back on track or improve their fertility window. Not all were easy ones, but seeing that change slowly build is... worth it. Everytime.

I am into Ayurvedic practice since 11+ yrs now, and honestly, it's the mix of govnmt & private setups that really shaped how I see treatment—especially for women’s health. Started out in the Chhattisgarh Health Dept as a Medical Officer, where I saw a whole range of stuff—from routine cold-fever to deep hormonal issues. But over the last 3.5 yrs I’ve been narrowing my work toward gynaecological conditions. PCOD, menstrual delays, infertility, irregular cycles… kinda became my core focus. What I really try to do is understand *why* the issue is happening—like really look into the root, not just surface symptoms. Ayurveda helps with that. I use panchakarma therapies when needed, mostly for detox and resetting balance. Also I rely a lot on classical herbal formulas and some diet + routine tweaks that actually make sense for the patient’s life—nothing extreme or unrealistic. Each woman’s case is diff—some come with years of failed fertility plans, some have sudden hormonal shifts they can’t explain. I sit with them, take time to trace it back—prakriti, agni, past meds, even emotional stuff. There’s no quick path but I believe long-term wellness comes from restoring the body's own rhythm. Not from suppressing things again and again. I see Ayurved as not just a treatment option, but a way of returning women to their natural balance—where fertility flows, periods aren’t a monthly crisis, and health feels sustainable. My aim? Just safe, honest, practical healing that actually lasts. Nothing fancy... just what works.
