Experience: | 19 years |
Education: | BAMS |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am working mainly with muscular disorders and gastric issues, and over the years I learned they’re not just about the muscle or the stomach alone… there’s always a bigger imbalance hiding behind. I see patients with weakness, stiffness, cramps, even long-standing degenerative muscle troubles, and I use a mix of Shamana (palliative) and Shodhana (detox) therapies – some need gentle support, some need a deeper cleanse.
On the gastric side, I deal with all kinds of digestion mess – indigestion, acidity that keeps coming back, IBS, bloating, those chronic problems that never really go away unless you dig into the root cause. I work with classical Ayurvedic methods to balance doshas, improve agni (digestive fire), and remove ama (toxins). Sometimes it’s just about the right herbal combination, sometimes full Panchakarma is needed, plus I’m a big believer in lifestyle tweaks – small changes in diet and routine can make the treatment stick better.
Every plan I make is different, no “one size fits all” here, cause every person’s body reacts in it’s own way. My goal isn’t only symptom control but to get the system back to its natural balance, so the relief last and quality of life actually improves. |
Achievements: | I am always trying to keep the patient’s well being right in center of what I do, not just treating a problem and sending them away. Over time I learned that real achievement is when someone comes back saying they can sleep better, eat without pain or live their daily life without that old discomfort. Whether through Ayurvedic meds, Panchakarma, diet fix or lifestyle changes, I focus on making treatment that actually fit the person.. not just the disease. Every small progress counts!! |
I am working in Ayurveda for over 13 years now, and my practice has always been grounded in the classical way… no shortcuts. I focus on both Shaman (palliative) and Shodhan (purification) therapies, depending on what the patient’s condition really needs. Over the years I have worked with many musculoskeletal, neurological and chronic pain cases using Agnikarma (heat cauterization) and Viddhakarma (therapeutic needling) – both give amazing results when done right, but timing, technique and patient selection matter more than most people realise. I also bring Yoga into my treatments, since I’m a certified Yoga Therapist from MUHS, Nashik. That means I can blend very specific yoga practices with the Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma. Sometimes the shift comes not just from the herbal formulations or the detox, but from how the patient moves, breathes and manages their own routine. I like building those personalised Yoga plans alongside therapy – they make the treatment deeper and more sustainable. For me, symptom relief is never enough. I want to find and correct the root cause, whether it’s a dosha imbalance, poor digestion, lifestyle errors, or long-standing stress patterns. Each plan is tailored – from Shodhan Panchakarma to small diet changes – because no two patients are ever the same. And yes, I try to keep my clinic space welcoming… a place where people actually feel supported to heal, not just handed a prescription and sent off. My aim is always the same: guide them towards recovery that actually lasts, using the full depth of Ayurveda and Yoga together.
