Area of specialization:
I am working mainly on chronic health problems, the kind that just dont go away on their own and keep affecting day to day life. A lot of my work is with kidney disorders – from slowing down decline in kidney function to helping maintain energy levels. Arthritis also comes up all the time, whether its osteo, rheumatoid or uric acid gout. Diabetes is another big area, where I focus on balancing sugar levels without making the treatment too complicated for the patient to follow. Abdominal problems – IBS, acidity, sluggish digestion – they’re more common than people think, and fixing them often improves overall health in unexpected ways. Skin diseases too, especially the stubborn ones like eczema or psoriasis, respond well when the root cause is treated and not just the rash. I use authentic Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma where needed, and changes in lifestyle that patients can actually keep up. My approach is simple – listen carefully, find the real cause, and then treat in a way that’s safe, sustainable, and aimed at getting them back to feeling normal again.
Achievements:
I am always trying to keep my focus on one thing – patients well being, no matter how small or big the problem is. For me it’s not just about treating a disease, it’s about seeing someone leave the clinic with less pain, more energy or just feeling better inside. I work to make treatments fit into their life, not the other way. Even small changes in health can mean a lot, and when that happens, I feel like the effort was really worth it.

I am working in Ayurveda for over 21 years now and honestly still learning everyday from the people who walk into my clinic. My main focus is on chronic diseases, the kind that stick around for years and keep troubling… arthritis in its many forms like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid, even gout – these are conditions I deal with a lot. I use proper herbal medicines, Panchakarma detox work, and lifestyle changes that are actually practical for the patient to follow. Many times pain goes down, movement comes back slowly, and people feel like they got part of their life again. Kidney issues are another area I spend a lot of time on – chronic kidney disease, reduced function – aiming to slow the damage and support whatever function is still there, with safe plant-based meds, no harsh stuff. Diabetes too, that’s a big one… I work on balancing sugar, preventing those complications that creep up, through herbs, diet plans that fit into real life, and daily habits patients can manage. There’s also work I do in supporting cancer patients, not as a cure but to make them stronger during treatment – boosting immunity, improving appetite, giving some relief from fatigue. Same with gut problems like IBS, where small changes in digestion can make a huge diffrence in comfort. My way is always to sit with the patient, hear their full history, check Prakriti, think about what’s at the root. I don’t push one-size treatments – everything is tailored. End of the day, I want it to be safe, effective, and something they can keep up long term.
