Dr. Rahul Sadiwal
Experience: | 1 year |
Education: | UG from Govt Dhanwantari Ayurveda Institute, Ujjain and PG from Pt. Khushilal Sharma Govt Ayurved Institute Bhopal |
Academic degree: | Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda |
Area of specialization: | I am mainly into Ayurvedic dermatology, trichology and cosmetology—working with skin and hair issues that people sometimes fight with for years. Acne that keeps returning, stubborn pigmentation, eczema flare ups, alopecia patches, or even just dandruff that refuses to go away… I look at all of them not as surface problems but signs of something deeper. My way is to mix traditional Ayurvedic therapies with personalised skin & hair routines, so we’re working from inside out, not just putting a cream on and hoping. I also handle infertility cases using Ayurvedic reproductive health protocols—tracking cycles, balancing doshas, supporting both partners when needed. And yes, Panchakarma is a big part of my work too… detox for clearing the system, rejuvenation for bringing it back to balance, and preventive care to keep problems from starting again. For me, every plan has to be tailored, because no two patients (or their skin, or hair) respond in exactly same way. |
Achievements: | I am proud that I was a state-level winner in the Himalaya Ayurquiz—those questions really pushed me to dig deep into Ayurvedic concepts I thought I already knew well. Winning the National Ayurveda Day Ayurvedic Food Competition was different, it let me show how much I value therapeutic nutrition and its role in healing. Along with that, I’ve got solid hands-on experience in Panchakarma procedures, which means I can actually design and deliver detox & rejuvenation therapies exactly as classical texts intended. |
I am an Ayurvedic physician with a strong clinical base and honestly a bit of an obsession with getting results that patients can actually see and feel. I worked as the Clinic Head at Madhavbaug, where most of my days were about managing and sometimes reversing chronic lifestyle disorders—type 2 diabetes, heart disease—using Ayurvedic interventions, diet plans, cardiac rehab, metabolic balancing… all those pieces that need to work together if you want lasting change. This role gave me a front-row seat to how much progress is possible without keeping people stuck on lifelong meds, which is still one of the things I value most in my work. I also hold a Master’s in Ayurvedic Dermatology, and my focus here has been on chronic skin problems and autoimmune disorders. Psoriasis, eczema, urticaria, vitiligo, and those skin flares tied to immune system issues—they’re not just surface problems. I spend a lot of time tracing them back to the root, whether that’s a doshic imbalance, digestion issues, or some immune trigger hiding in the background. From there, I create treatment plans using herbal medicines, Panchakarma detox, Rasayana therapies, and structured diet support. Sometimes that means asking for lifestyle changes that people resist at first, but later admit are the thing that made the real difference. My approach is always patient-first, and prevention is as important as treatment. If we only focus on calming the current flare or reducing a number on a lab report, the problem will return. Whether I’m guiding a diabetic through a reversal program or helping someone break free from years of autoimmune skin flare-ups, the goal stays the same—restoring health naturally and keeping it that way. I believe Ayurveda can be both authentic and scientific. That’s why I keep integrating classical wisdom with modern diagnostics, so patients get the depth of tradition with the clarity of current medical understanding. For me, the best outcome is when a patient walks away not just healthier but also knowing how to stay that way without fear of the next relapse.
