I am a dedicated Ayurvedic physician with a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and over 2.6 years of clinical experience in providing holistic and patient-focused care. My approach to healing is rooted in the classical principles of Ayurveda, complemented by modern healthcare awareness to offer effective and sustainable treatment outcomes. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospital and Healthcare Administration from the University of Lucknow, which is enhancing my understanding of healthcare systems, operational efficiency, and patient management. Currently, I am practicing as an Ayurvedic Physician at Astha Wellness Clinic, where I manage a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using customized treatment plans involving herbal medicine, Panchakarma therapies, diet and lifestyle modification, and preventive care.
