My specialization in Stree Roga and Prasuti Tantra focuses on addressing the unique health needs of women through the lens of classical Ayurveda. I provide Ayurvedic care across all phases of a woman’s life—menstrual health, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause. With a strong foundation in Ayurvedic gynecology, I offer holistic solutions for conditions like dysmenorrhea, PCOS, infertility, and menopausal symptoms, supporting natural balance and long-term wellness.
Achievements:
I actively participate in national and international seminars and have presented 11 research papers till 2024. I was appreciated by Dr. B.S. Prasad, President of the Board of Ayurveda (NCISM), for completing a sponsored clinical research project on Menocramp Tablet in Primary Dysmenorrhea. On the 6th Ayurveda Day, I was honored by the Ayurveda Department, Jhunjhunu, for serving as a subject speaker on the theme “Ayurveda for Poshan.”

I am Dr. Nidhi Sharma, BAMS, M.S. (Ayu), with a post-graduate specialization in Prasuti Tantra Evum Stree Roga (Ayurvedic Obstetrics and Gynecology) from Parul Institute of Ayurved, Parul University, Vadodara. My journey in Ayurveda began with a BAMS degree from Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh, where I developed a strong foundation in classical Ayurvedic science and clinical care. Currently, I serve as a Medical Officer in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sharma Hospital of Ayurveda, my private practice dedicated to restoring and empowering women’s health through Ayurvedic principles. My clinical approach combines traditional Ayurvedic therapies with personalized lifestyle and dietary interventions to support women through various stages of life, from menstrual disorders to pregnancy and menopause. Over the years, I have actively contributed to academic growth in Ayurveda. I’ve presented eight research papers on women's health and Ayurvedic interventions at various forums, and I regularly participate in national and international seminars and webinars. On April 4, 2022, I received formal appreciation from Dr. B.S. Prasad, President, Board of Ayurveda (NCISM), for the successful completion of a Sponsored Clinical Research Project evaluating the Effect of Menocramp Tablet in Primary Dysmenorrhea. I was also honored with a memento on the 6th Ayurveda Day by the Department of Ayurveda, Jhunjhunu, where I spoke as a subject expert on the theme “Ayurveda for Poshan.” My passion lies in advancing Ayurvedic care for women’s health, focusing on conditions like dysmenorrhea, PCOS, infertility, menopausal syndrome, and pregnancy-related concerns. Through my clinical work and research, I strive to make holistic and effective Ayurvedic healthcare accessible to every woman seeking natural and sustainable wellness solutions.
