Dr. Pankaj Yadav
Experience: | 7 years |
Education: | Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences |
Academic degree: | Master of Surgery in Ayurveda |
Area of specialization: | I am mostly into anorectal stuff these days—like piles, fissures, fistula, pilonidal sinus n all those painful lower-end things no one likes to talk about. Honestly, ppl wait too long thinking it'll go away but it don’t. I use Ksharasutra therapy mostly where it fits, along with herbal meds, minor procedures if needed, and yeah lifestyle counseling too ‘cause diet habits usually making things worse.
Apart from that, I deal with a lot of digestive complaints—constipation, gas, peptic issues, acidity, sometimes mild ulcers too. Each case's different honestly, I try to treat the actual cause not just give short-term relief.
And yeah, I also work on skin stuff—warts, moles, stubborn infections that keep coming back. Sometimes ppl ignore them till they spread or scar.. which can totally be avoided.
My treatment approach’s rooted in classical Ayurved but I keep it patient-wise.. not one-fit-all. I like that combo of herbs, Panchakarma, and some real convos about their routine to help ‘em heal right. |
Achievements: | I am done with my MS in Ayurveda, yeah that’s Master of Surgery with all focus locked on Ayurvedic surgical methods—like real hardcore stuff, not just theory. The best part? I got to really explore how Ksharasutra work in actual fistula & other ano-rectal issues, not just in books but like real ppl with real pain. And I didn’t stop there, I also trained in para-surgical care—Agnikarma, leech therapy etc. I try to keep my work clean, rooted but still patient-wise. |
I am Dr. Pankaj, right now in the middle of my BAMS, MS, and PhD—yea juggling all of it—but my full focus is on anorectal diseases. Honestly, this field demands patience, 'cause most ppl wait too long before even talking about it. My clinical work mostly revolves around managing conditions like piles (Arsha), fissure-in-ano, fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), and pilonidal sinus, all with Ayurvedic protocols that don’t really need heavy interventions. I use things like Ksharasutra therapy, which I really trust, and make sure there’s always a practical diet + lifestyle plan involved too—because what ppl eat n how they live kinda decides if these probs come back or not. Outside of just anorectal stuff, I’m pretty involved in GI cases too—like chronic constipation, bloating, gastritis, IBS, peptic ulcers, even colitis. Those aren’t just stomach issues tbh—there’s always a deeper dosha imbalance or digestive fire (Agni) disturbance happening underneath. For that, I rely on classical herbs, some Panchakarma where needed, and regular food guidance. Also sometimes it’s just about listening to the person properly—half the cases get missed ‘cause nobody asked the right thing. I try not to generalize anything—like even 2 fistula patients don’t react same to treatment. That’s why I mix modern diagnostics with core Ayurvedic thinking to get that whole picture before I start anything. And yeah, I do push a lot on patient education—cause honestly, no treatment works if the person isn’t onboard fully. Long story short—I care deeply about non-surgical options, and about guiding ppl thru stuff they might feel awkward even saying out loud. Whether it’s pain, recurrence or just fear—I wanna make sure the path to healing stays clear, kind, and effective.
