I am mostly working with lifestyle issues nowdays—like thyroid probs, obesity, digestion stuff, and those nagging joint pains that just don’t go away. My main approach is always ayurvedic, but not one-size-fits-all, I try to look at the whole prakriti-dosha-agni picture before starting anything. One thing I’ve got really into is treating PCOD/PCOS... I do shodhana (detox stuff), hormone balancing through herbs, plus tweak food habits quite a bit depending on the person’s routine. Skin cases are also becoming common, lots of eczema, acne, even psoriasis—there’s always something deeper going on there I feel, so I use Panchakarma where needed and also oils and diets focused around healing inside out. GI problems too, like IBS, acidity, constipation—they respond well when you handle agni and stop the quick fixes. I won’t say it’s all easy or fast, but if we go step by step, balance does come back, and people feel normal again.
Achievements:
I am mostly working with long-term issues like psoraisis n’ PCOS, and seeing real changes through Panchakarma detox + Rasayana stuff. One of the cases—psoriasis, really stubborn one—got into full remission, no flare-ups for mnths now! Weight loss too, not the quick kind, but like slow steady shift with Ayurvedic diet + gut reset. Also, managing hormonal ups-downs in PCOD, many saw cycles getting normal and didn’t need those long meds anymore. Honestly, its about sticking to what works, naturally.

I am all about getting to the why behind someone’s health issue—not just patching it up and moving on. When a patient walks in, I usually start by going through classic Ayurvedic assessment tools like Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti analysis and Dosha mapping... some days it’s all clear, other times it takes a bit more digging. But yeah, that process really helps me understand what’s actually going on inside—not just the symptoms, but the imbalance that’s driving them. My treatment style’s kinda hands-on and layered. I combine Ayurvedic herbal meds (which, by the way, I try to customize as much as possible), Panchakarma detox plans if needed, plus food and routine suggestions that actually match with the person’s lifestyle. Dinacharya and Ritucharya—they’re not just theory, I genuinely try to align people’s daily life with those rhythms cause that’s where the real long-term healing kicks in. Sometimes I feel like the consult isn’t over till I’ve explained why we're doing each thing. I don’t just want people to get better, I want them to know how they got there in the first place and what we can change to avoid it again. Like stress triggers, gut health, menstrual patterns, whatever it is... I try to explain in simple ways. Lot of it is prevention tbh. Also, mind-body balance ain’t a throwaway line for me. I spend time guiding patients through breath work, sleep correction, and thought hygiene, when it fits. There are days when I wonder if people need more of that than meds, but yeah—it’s always a mix. In short, I’m not here just for diagnosis and prescription, I’m here to help ppl feel in sync with their health again, one layer at a time.
