Area of specialization:
I am an Ayurvedic practitioner who’s been working closely with patients for a little over a year now—honestly, not a very long time, but it’s been intense and deeply grounding. Most of my focus goes into treating digestive issues (like constiption, hyperacidity, that kind of stuff), joint and muscle related complaints, urine troubles, and some basic gynae stuff too, like irregular periods or mild PCOS signs. I try not to rush into the “what meds” part too early—first thing I do is slow down and look at what’s really causing the problem. Not just patching it up temporarily. I’ve done focused training in Panchakarma—yeah, those classic detox treatments—but I don’t use them blindly. I look at where the doshas are acting up, and which stage the issue’s at. Some cases need deeper clearing, some need nourishment. Depends. Usually I pair the Panchkarma with internal meds that are gentle but effective, and aligned with the person’s prakruti and agni. Lifestyle stuff matters too. Sometimes even more. I usually work with people on small but lasting changes—like we discuss their ahar, add breathing practices or mild yoga (depending on their body), and tweak the daily routine if its all over the place. Chronic bloating, fatigue, low back stiffness, UTI-like burning, late menses—these are all things I see often. And I genuinely believe you don’t always need harsh pills or invasive methods for such complaints. Natural healing takes time but it’s cleaner, more stable, and easier on the mind n body.
Achievements:
I am mostly working with gut n joint complaints lately, kinda gravitated there naturally. I’ve handled cases of acidity that just wouldn’t budge, long-term constipation, and those nagging things like back pain or joint tightness that keep coming back. I use a mix of Panchakarma, internal meds n daily routine shifts—small stuff like timing of meals or sleep. Not saying I fix everything, but many have felt way better & stuck with the plan. That’s what makes it really worth it for me!!

At the end of the day, my goal’s simple: help people feel at ease in their own body again. Not through fear or strict rules—but through care, logic, and real Ayurved. It's a system that’s patient, not pushy. And that’s kinda how I try to be too.
