I am mostly into Panchakarma—kinda the heart of Ayurveda if u ask me. Over the years, I’ve worked deeply with all five main therapies—Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya n Raktamokshana—and I don’t just follow textbook. I shape every plan based on how the person walks in—like dosha state, season, strength, the nature of the illness, even mental stuff they carry. Lot of ppl come in with lifestyle mess, autoimmune flares, fatigue or stress so thick it sits in the gut. And yeah, Panchakarma helps—not just by flushing toxins or "ama" but by restarting the system in a much deeper way. I use the classics as base but adjust them for real-life body responses. Like I don’t just give Basti cuz it’s prescribed—I check if agni is ready, if mind is stable, if the timing actually fits. To me, Panchakarma isn’t some detox trend—it’s layered, powerful, and honestly a kind of journey for the patient. The aim’s always to get them back to balance, not just make symptoms quieter. I want healing to last, not fade off in a week.
Achievements:
I am someone who kinda always leaned toward sharing what I learn, not just keeping it to my clinic. Been part of a bunch of national Ayurveda seminars—some big, some more local—but each one helped me see newer angles, esp in chronic care stuff. I also did some free Ayurvedic camps... mostly in areas where ppl don’t have much access to this kind of healing. And yeah, I worked as a product trainer too—teaching doctors how to actually use Ayurvedic meds right, not just read the labels and guess.

I am practicing Ayurveda for over 40 yrs now, and honestly—even after all this time—it still feels like there's more to understand every single day. My focus from the beginning kinda revolved around chronic disease care and Panchakarma... not just because it’s effective, but cause it gets to the why behind the problem, not just the what. Most ppl don’t want temporary relief, they want to know what’s really going on—and that’s where Ayurveda really shines. I work with classical Panchakarma therapies—Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, Raktamokshana—and yeah I’ve administered thousands of them across the yrs to people with stuff like autoimmunes, joint pain, gut issues, chronic fatigue, even some conditions that didn’t get clear names from other systems. What matters to me is seeing how the body responds when balance starts to come back—not overnight magic, but actual steady recovery. I always mix treatment with proper ahar-vihar guidance… small changes in food & habits often do more than medicine alone. Teaching ppl how to live in sync with their prakruti, that’s something I insist on. My clinic became not just a treatment place, but a kind of long-term wellness path for a lot of folks. I also mentored younger doctors along the way—many are doing great work now, which makes me feel like something lasting’s being built. To me, Ayurveda is not just clinical... it's personal, spiritual sometimes, but always grounded in reality. I’m still here because patients trusted me—and cause I still trust this system fully. Not flashy, not quick-fix-y... but deep, rooted healing that holds up through time. That’s what I’m still showing up for, everyday.
