I am an Ayurvedic doctor trained in BAMS and yeah I’ve also taken up certifications in Functional Medicine (FMC) and one called CISSDRA-PK — kind of a mouthful but it basically dives into skin, stress disorders and Panchakarma from a clinical view. Honestly, I didn’t plan it all out this way, but it kind of came together naturally bcoz I kept seeing patients stuck in the same loop—digestive mess, chronic fatigue, hormonal ups and downs or flareups on the skin with no clear why. My work kinda revolves around finding that ‘why’. Whether it’s hidden gut issues, metabolic burnout, or unresolved stress. I lean a lot on classical Ayurveda—like, proper dosha analysis, internal cleansing (yep, real Panchakarma not the spa-lite stuff), but also pair it with functional labs when needed. That’s where the FMC training helps—like reading labs in a way that makes sense to Ayurvedic logic. I deal a lot with chronic skin stuff—eczema, pigmenting, acne that won’t quit—and stress-related symptoms, sleep disturbances or anxiety-patterns. And yeah, even sluggish metabolism which ppl don’t even realise is behind half their problems. My plans usually blend detox, rasayana, diet resets, subtle herb protocols & lifestyle shifts—depends on where the person at. My thing is not just to ‘treat’, but to give people their sense of balance back. I mean, if healing doesn’t feel like returning home to your own body, then what even is the point.
Achievements:
I am running my own OPD setup now and honestly, that’s been a whole journey in itself. I finished certified trainings in Functional Medicine n Panchakarma—not just for the sake of it, but to really get deeper into what's going on behind all those stubborn chronic things ppl come with. Those courses kinda changed how I see disease. I started connecting dots better, like how gut stuff messes up skin or why stress keeps showing up in weird ways. In clinic, I try not to go by fixed protocols.. I mix classical Ayurvedic lines with what makes sense for the patient right now. Not everything fits the textbook anyway. Sometimes someone just needs to slow down n breathe before I even touch herbs. Other times it's full-on internal detox or Panchakarma depending on how stuck their system is. That balance—between old-school Ayurveda and custom patient-focused care—is what I’m really trying to keep alive in practice. Ngl, some cases really test you. But when someone walks back saying they're actually feeling clear again—not just symptom free—that’s when it feels right.

I am a full-time Ayurvedic physcian with around 5+ years in clinical practice, and honestly, I still feel like there's something new to learn everyday. Most of my focus is on holistic healing—not just "fixing" symptoms but going deeper into the root of why things are off in the first place. That’s really where I think Ayurveda shines, and I try my best to stick to that core in every case. Along with my BAMS foundation, I also did a short-term certified Panchakarma course, which really gave me a hands-on feel for detox therapies... like proper Abhyanga, Basti, Nasya, Virechana etc—not just textbook stuff, but actually doing and seeing how each one affect a patient. I won’t lie, those treatments when done right can really shift the whole system. It’s not magic, but it works in a slow, grounded way that modern meds don’t always allow for. And ya, besides the usual chronic things like digestion, hormones or joint pain—I also got into Ayurvedic cosmetology. Like proper training. Not a huge degree or anything, but enough to treat things like acne, pigment patches, hairfall, oily scalp etc using external therapies with herbs + oils... and sometimes combining it with dietary correction, gut cleanse or Rasayana. That inside-out approach, it actually works better than people expect. Especially with skin issues. What I try to do now is bring a balance. I’ll use classical formulations, but also adapt based on the patient's routine, stress levels, diet, sleep habits—all of it. Some ppl just need a small nudge, some need a full detox reset, and others just want their skin clear or energy back... and I try to meet them where they are. Ayurveda doesn't have to feel outdated or “alternative.” It can be accessible, personalized and really practical if done right. That’s basically what I try to offer—genuine, safe, grounded care that makes ppl feel heard and better.
