Dr. Akriti Pandey
Experience: | 1 year |
Education: | Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I specialize in the Ayurvedic management of lifestyle disorders, women’s health concerns, skin conditions, and musculoskeletal issues. My approach is rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles, tailored to each patient’s Prakriti (body constitution), and adapted to modern lifestyles. I offer holistic care for conditions such as PCOS, irregular menstruation, white discharge, and hormonal imbalance through Rasayana therapy, diet, and lifestyle correction. For skin disorders like acne, pigmentation, eczema, and hair fall, I focus on Dosha balance and improving Agni. I also manage lifestyle-related concerns like constipation, acidity, obesity, anxiety, and fatigue through personalized herbal formulations, dietary plans, and mind-body practices. In joint disorders like Sandhivata, Aamvata, and Gridhrasi, I use Panchakarma therapies such as Basti, Kati Basti, and Agnikarma. My goal is to provide effective, sustainable, and patient-centered Ayurvedic care. |
Achievements: | I completed my BAMS from Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College with hands-on training in Kaya Chikitsa, Panchakarma, Striroga, and Balroga. I’m certified in Agnikarma and Viddhakarma, and have successfully managed cases of sciatica, frozen shoulder, and joint pain. My clinical exposure includes both government and private hospitals. I also founded Purnveda, focusing on herbal product development and preventive Ayurvedic care. |
I completed my rotatory internship at Gaur Brahman Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Rohtak, where I gained hands-on clinical exposure across core Ayurvedic departments including Kaya Chikitsa (internal medicine), Panchakarma, Striroga-Prasuti Tantra (women’s health and obstetrics), and Balroga (pediatrics). During this period, I actively assisted in both OPD and IPD care, from taking detailed case histories to participating in diagnosis and designing treatment plans rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles. Under expert supervision, I performed foundational Panchakarma therapies such as Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), Basti (medicated enemas), and Nasya (nasal therapy), which deepened my understanding of detoxification and rejuvenation practices. My internship also included exposure to integrated care models through clinical postings at civil hospitals and private multi-specialty clinics, allowing me to observe the synergy between Ayurvedic and allopathic management in complex patient scenarios. In addition to my clinical journey, I am the founder of Purnveda, a wellness initiative that bridges traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern needs. Through this platform, I focus on herbal product development, patient education, and guiding individuals toward balanced Ayurvedic lifestyles. I am particularly skilled in the use of Ayurvedic herbs, classical formulations, and the day-to-day operations of OPD-level patient management. My goal is to make Ayurveda accessible, practical, and evidence-informed for every individual seeking natural healing. I continue to deepen my expertise through clinical practice, continuous study, and patient interaction, always aiming to offer holistic and personalized care.
