I am someone who practices both ayurvedic and allopathic medicine side by side—not like two separate things but more like, weaving them together where it makes actual sense. For me, health doesn't fit in one box, right?? Sometimes a herbal decoction does the trick, other times you really need an antibiotic, and I don’t think we should pretend otherwise. My work mostly involves people who are stuck in-between—they tried allopathy but they feel something’s missing or they’re on ayurveda but not getting full relief... I kinda help bridge that gap. Like, if someone’s on thyroid meds but still tired all day, I look at agni (digestion), lifestyle rhythm, stress patterns—all the deeper layers ayurveda points out. At the same time, I also understand the pharmacology behind the pills they’re taking and why stopping them suddenly can backfire real bad. I don’t believe in fear-based healing. I explain stuff in simple terms, let ppl ask silly qns (they're never silly, tbh), and then we go slow n steady. This mix of both pathys—it’s not easy to balance, I mess up words or forget to look at lab reports now n then, lol. But I really try to stay honest and curious. My goal is always the same—less confusion, more clarity for the patient.
Achievements:
I am someone who gets real joy outta seeing people actually feel better, not just manage a condtion. Healing clients is hard to explain in one line, cause every case is so diff—like some had gut issues lingering for yrs, others came wth thyroid probs that no med was fully fixing. I worked with them... slowly, tweaking herbs, sleep timing, even food habits that no one ever asked them about before. And over time, yeah—some real shifts happned. That’s a big deal to me. It always is.

I am just 7 months into my practice as an ayurvedic doctor and honestly it’s already been kind of a wild mix—challenging, rewarding, and sometimes just.. quiet confusing too. But what I keep goin back to is how powerful our classical Ayurvedic approach can be when applied with patience and attention. I don’t claim to know it all (far from it), but what I do focus on is really listening to what my patient is feeling, even the part they can’t always explain right away. My main goal right now is just building that solid, honest connect with people who come in with everyday things—indigestion, anxiety, hormonal ups-downs, stuff that sound “normal” but they’re actually making life harder than we realise. I work a lot with simple herbal formulations and try to figure out practical lifestyle changes that won’t overwhelm them. I’m still learning—every week feels like a new page, but that’s also the best part. And even in 7 months, I’ve already seen some cool results... a patient who couldn’t sleep more than 3 hrs now sleeps through the night without pills. A chronic bloating case now eats wheat again with no panic. Small things, but they stay with me. There’s a long way to go and I mess up too, like I forget to follow-up sometimes or get stuck searching the right herb combo for hours. But I’m here to show up everyday and grow steady with my people. Not promising miracles, just honest work, rooted in Ayurveda. If that sounds like what you're looking for... then let’s begin.
