I am mainly focused on lifestyle disorders n how they slowly creep into ppl's lives without them realising at first—like diabetes, BP, PCOD, thyroid n stuff like that. My approach is kinda centered around food, sleep, and mental habits... but yeah, Panchakarma is where I usually go deeper when things feel stuck. It’s not just detox for the sake of it—when done right, it resets digestion, clears the buildup, and makes body respond better to treatment. I work a lot on personalising treatments bcz really no two ppl r the same even if they have same diagnosis on paper. Some need deep cleansing, others just need gentle routines. I mix classical protocols with patient-friendly changes—cuz let’s be honest, everyone can't take 21-day leave for therapy ryt? I believe in small, doable shifts, but when needed, yes I do suggest full Panchakarma rounds too. My goal is to balance the system—not suppress symptoms—and watch how naturally body starts healing.
Achievements:
I am someone who really believes healing’s not just a goal—it's a process u walk with the patient, not ahead of them. Over time I’ve helped ppl come out of those chronic patterns—things like sugar issues, digestion going haywire, even daily fatigue that doctors often just pass off as stress. Not every case was easy. Some took months, some longer... but yeah, watching them feel better, step by step, kinda makes all the late hours n doubts worth it. Feels real. Feels earned.

I am Dr. Varsha Thakur n honestly I feel like too many ppl these days are just struggling quietly with lifestyle disorders—like blood sugar going up n down, weight just stuck no matter what, digestion never feeling “right” you knw? That’s where I come in. I work with specific diet plans, not random trending ones but actually balanced Ayurvedic food routines that match each person’s prakriti (body type) and health condition. Not everyone needs the same food or same rules—n that’s kinda where most ppl go wrong. I’ve spent years understanding how diet connects deeply with stress, sleep, metabolism, even mood swings sometimes. I won’t just give u a food chart n disappear—nah, I go step-by-step, adjusting things based on what your body's telling us. Patients who followed these plans usually saw clearer skin, more energy n even their medical reports slowly getting back to normal range. Doesn’t happen overnight, of course, but small real changes start showing up in like 2-3 weeks in many cases. There’s a method to all of it—when to eat, what combos to avoid, seasonal shifts n that kind of stuff. And yes, we’ll talk about cravings too!! I knw no one's perfect—u don’t have to be. The goal is to eat with awareness n heal at the root level. I’ve seen people improve their PCOD symptoms, cholesterol levels, acidity issues, chronic fatigue—all through tweaking food and timing a bit. Not magic, just consistent, right guidance. I usually also try to teach ppl about their own patterns... like once u understand urself, healing actually becomes easier. Sometimes ppl even tell me, “hey I didn’t even realize my problem was food until now”—n those moments? they kinda keep me going. Anyway if you're tired of generic advice or don’t knw why ur symptoms keep coming back, maybe your diet needs a deeper look... I’d be glad to help figure that out.
