Area of specialization: | I am mainly working with abdominal n anorectal disorders in Ayurveda—which honestly are more common than ppl realise. Most patients come in complaining of gas, bloating, constipation, or pain while passing stool, but when you start asking deeper, there’s usually long-term issues going on like piles, fissure, or even IBS type symptoms. I don’t just give tablets n hope for best... I try to treat from base—agni, dosha balance, n diet corrections.
I’ve worked with cases where digestion is sluggish, food doesn’t feel like it digests fully, or ppl just feel heaviness all day... and yeah, that’s where Ayurved shines. For anorectal probs, I plan treatment depending on whether it’s early stage or sth chronic—sometimes Kshar karma or specific lepas n herbal combinations help, sometimes you need basti or proper virechan line of therapy.
I focus a lot on educating the person too—like how their eating habits, sleep, water intake or even sitting postures r affecting their gut n bowel health. Most times ppl are surprised when minor changes show big relief. I feel confident guiding in this area bcz I’ve seen Ayurved work really well when it’s done properly, with patience n the right follow up. |
Achievements: | I am managing both Ayurvedic n allopathic patients side by side, which honestly helps me see the bigger picture in most cases. Some come with reports in hand, expecting only modern meds, while others just want herbal route—but I know when to blend both n when to choose one clearly. Whether it’s chronic constipation or hormonal imbalance, I try to explain what works better where. Handling both systems gave me more flexibility in planning treatment that's actually real n doable for ppl. |
I am working in the field of Ayurveda since last 2 yrs, started out at a busy Ayurvedic clinic and Panchkarma Centre where I got real hands-on experience—seeing patients daily, understanding their complaints from root level, and most importantly, learning how to plan proper individualised chikitsa. From chronic digestion issues to skin probs, joint pain to stress imbalance—I got to assist in many cases n see how Panchkarma actually shifts the system when done right. Now I’m handling my own OPD setup, and honestly that transition taught me a lot too. When you're responsible fully, you listen more carefully, observe closely and make sure what you're prescribing actually fits the patient. I don’t just give herbs randomly—first I try to understand their ahar-vihar, prakriti, symptom pattern... only then I go ahead with treatments. Some ppl need full Panchkarma line of treatment, others just need tweaks in routine or deep lifestyle correction. Lot of my patients come with issues like acidity, IBS, hormonal ups-down, PCOD, fatigue, and many even say “everything looks normal in reports but I still don’t feel fine.” That’s the space where Ayurveda really helps—where modern tests can’t explain the full picture, but doshic understanding can. I also work on prevention. I believe health is not just about removing disease but making sure body feels balanced n clear. I like to explain why I’m prescribing what I am—because patients need to be part of their own healing, not just follow orders blindly. Still learning everyday, still refining my methods, but what stays same is the intention—to make ppl feel lighter, calmer and back to their natural rhythm.
