I am mostly working with patients who're stuck in lifestyle issues like pcos, obesity or pcod n don’t really knw where to begin fixing it. I kinda focus on building long-term plans—not crash diets or random gym schedules—but real things that work in their daily life. My work mostly starts with listening, understanding their routine, food habits, sleep issues or hormonal signs they ignore, and then I go ahead to customise a diet chart which they can actually follow not some textbook thing. I also look at how digestion, stress, & hormonal cycles interact... because trust me, weight loss is never just about food or excercise. It’s about your prakriti, your mind space, your gut rhythm. I use ayurvedic assessment like dosha checking and then blend that with modern diet logic, a bit unstructured maybe but it works. If someone is skipping periods or having hairfall with weight gain, I dig into the underlying imbalance—not just write fat burner herbs. Most times, small changes give big shifts.. like fixing dinner timing, switching cooking oils, or just improving sleep routine. I like that part—seeing those small fixes lead to real health changes. ya, some people drop off in between or expect fast results, but I keep telling, your body need time to trust the process. This work is slow but it’s worth it.
Achievements:
I am graduated from ITRA, Jamnagar—ya the national institute—and honestly that shaped a lot of my understanding of Ayurveda in a deeper real-life way not just textbook. The exposure was kinda intense, like working with wide range of clinical cases n learning both theory n actual hand-on treatments side by side. Not every day was smooth—some rotations were hectic or confusing—but that whole phase gave me confidence in diagnosis, panchakarma basics n the overall patient flow.

I am mostly working with people who want weight loss, but honestly it never just ends there. Most of the time, it's connected with hormonal stuff, gut problems, dosha imbalance, sleep issues—it's like one thread pulls out ten more. I try to not just focus on numbers on a weighing machine... Instead I go deeper with personalised diet plans, checking their prakriti, understanding their digestion and how lifestyle messing with it. Gut health is a big thing in my work, and I spend good time figuring out where exactly things start going off-track. I use Ayurveda as my core, but I do mix things a bit—like with modern observations, lab reports, even psychological patterns. Panchkarma is a regular part in many treatment plans I do—vaman, virechan, basti, nasya and sometimes raktamokshan too if needed. I also do marma therapy, agnikarma and viddha karma for pain issues or blocked channels. One area I feel connected to is managing pcos, thyroid and lifestyle disorders like diabetes and obesity, especially in young people who are just too tired of trial-and-error medicines. Leech therapy... ya, some patients get nervous hearing about it at first, but I explain slow and use it mainly for blood purification and skin stuff when nothing else works. Rasayana and rejuvenation therapies I suggest to anyone who feel drained all time or get sick too often. It’s a simple step-by-step thing, not some dramatic detox claim, you know? Yoga and pranayam are like non-negotiables in my line of work—even if I give perfect herbs and diet, without calming the nervous system or restoring breath cycles, healing stays half-way. I also include kriya kalpa procedures like tarpan, aschyotana for people dealing with eye fatigue or digital strain. I sometimes also do cupping therapy and even use naturopathy basics, just depends on person in front of me.
