Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I am mostly into treating infertility and sexual health conditions in both men & women—kind of where I’ve put most of my clinical energy lately. I work a lot with Prakruti-based diagnosis which means I don't just go by the lab values or textbook symptoms, but try to understand how a person’s unique Ayurvedic constitution is affecting their reproductive health. Things like delayed ovulation, erectile issues, low libido, hormonal swings—they all show up differently in different people. And I’ve seen how right herbs, plus timing plus fixing their agni (digestive fire) can really shift things if we just let the body get back on track. I don’t usually take a one-size-fits-all route... some patients need deep detox, some need rasayana, and some honestly just need proper food+sleep fixed first. I'm not too fond of rushed protocols or heavy tonics unless they're really indicated. It’s slow work sometimes but the progress feels real. I think that matters.
Achievements:
I am a BAMS graduate from 2019 and yeah, just finished my MD in Ayurveda in 2024—feels kinda surreal to even write that out, like where did those years go?? During those years I really stuck with it—cases, theory, old texts, trying to connect all those pieces without losin the patient in the middle of it. Both degrees helped shape how I see health: not just organs or doshas in isolation, but the whole person. That’s kinda how I treat too, like one step at a time, one real story at a time.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor mostly focused on infertility and sexual health stuff—that’s where my core work’s been lately. A lot of my patients come in after trying a bunch of other things, kinda frustrated or confused. What I try to do is look beyond just the symptoms or lab values—I start with Prakruti analysis (that’s like their Ayurvedic constitution), and from there build out a plan that makes sense for their *real* life… not just some ideal protocol. I’ve worked with couples going through all kinds of fertility struggles—delayed ovulation, low sperm count, repeated miscarriages—and while not every case turns fast, I’ve seen how deeply personalized Ayurvedic therapy (with right herbs, Panchakarma if needed, diet shifts, and timing corrections) can start changing things. And no, I don’t just rely on theory—I use reports, scans, hormone patterns etc to track actual progress too. I also deal with male sexual health a fair bit—things like premature ejaculation, ED, low libido. I don’t rush into rasayanas or heavy aphrodisiacs unless they *fit*. Often, digestion, stress, or sleep issues are the real culprits under the surface. For me, the goal isn’t just symptom-fix. It’s more like restoring balance across levels—physical, emotional, hormonal. I use classical Ayurvedic texts as my base but I tweak a lot depending on how the person’s body is responding. Nothing rigid. Just real care that evolves case by case. If you're looking for a serious, safe and actually thought-thru plan for longterm reproductive wellness—not just a quick fix—I’d say we’re probably on the same page.
