Area of specialization: | I am mostly working with cases of infertility, hormonal issues and different digestive problem that come again and again. Many couples come to me after they feel frustated with not getting result, and I try to see their condition in a wider way—Ayurveda allows that, looking not only at reproductive organs but at balance of doshas, food habits, stress levels. Sometimes even a small correction in lifestyle or a herbal formulation can support fertility in surprising ways. Hormonal diseses like thyroid imbalance, PCOS or irregular cycles are another area where I spend much time. These conditions are not only about one organ, they affect the whole system, from energy to mood. Digestive issues also tie into it, gas, acidity, constipation, IBS—if the gut is not stable nothing else really goes smooth. I try to combine practical steps from Ayurveda with what modern tests or reports say, to make a treatment that fits the person not just the diagnosis. |
Achievements: | I am glad I got the chance to be one of the attendent at the Refresher course in Critical care medicine 2024, organised by ISCCM. It was not just a formality thing, the sessions really push me to think more deeply about intensive care, patient moniterring, and updated protocols that keep changing every year. Being part of that event gave me a stronger link between ayurveda practice and the modern critical care understanding, even if sometimes I felt I miss some points here n there, the exposure was valuable. |
I am working in the feild of Ayurveda and allopathic medicine for more than 10 years now, and honestly the journey is still teaching me every single day. When I started, I thought medicine is only about diagnosng and treating, but with time I realized health is about balance, patience and understanding the whole person not just the disease. Ayurveda shaped a big part of that thinking for me. The way it looks at doshas, diet, routine, even the mind—it really makes sense when you see how small corrections can change a patient’s life. At the same time, I do not ignore allopathic medicine. In fact having experience in both systems helps me to choose the right approach depending on what the patient actually needs. Sometimes modern investigation or medicine is essential, and sometimes pure Ayurvedic treatment works best. And often it is a mix of both. That’s why I try to personalize every treatment plan, whether it is about skin issues, joint pain, digestion troubles, stress or chronic disorders that don’t go away easily. Over the years I got chance to handle many different cases. Hair and scalp health, skin disease like eczema or psoriasis, arthritis, gastric complaints, and even guiding expecting mothers through Garbha Sanskar practices—these have become my main areas of focus. I also see a lot of patients with stress, anxiety, and what Ayurveda calls Mano vikara. These conditions are invisible but they affect everything else in the body. Helping someone calm their mind and seeing the improvement in their health feels very meaningful. My style is simple—I talk with patients openly, sometimes in detail, sometimes casually, but always trying to explain what is going on with their body. I don’t like to give one-size-fits-all solutions, because no two people are really the same. Whether it’s diet guidance, herbal formulations, Panchakarma procedures or just lifestyle tips, I want my patients to feel they are part of the process. Even if small steps, the results are long lasting. 10+ years sound like a long time, but I feel there is still much to learn. Medicine keeps evolving, Ayurveda too is full of depth, and every patient teaches me something new. That curiosity keeps me motivated, and I hope to keep serving with the same balance of tradition and practical care.
