Education: | Mai Bhago Ayurvedic Medical College |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am mostly working on cases related to PCOD, gastric issues, hypothyroid and sometimes UTI that keep troubling people again n again. Pcod cases often come with irregular cycles, sudden weight changes or hair fall that’s not going even after trying many things—they usually feel stuck. I don’t go for just one solution. Some need detox, some just dietary fixing. Same with gastric complaints—people live with bloating or acidity for years thinking its normal. But it’s not. Sometimes the gut just needs to reset, slowly, not harshly. With hypothyroid, I focus more on restoring balance rather than pushing metabolism hard. Ayurveda helps by supporting thyroid function in natural way but yes it takes commitment n right plan. And with UTIs, I’ve seen chronic ones respond well when we work on immunity, hydration n heat clearing herbs instead of just killing infection.
Every person brings different history, habits, even mindset. That’s why I don’t generalise. I match the treatment with their body and time they ready to invest. |
Achievements: | I am not into collecting medals or papers really, what stays with me is when someone tells me they feel "normal" again after months or even years of symptoms. That’s kinda the reward. Whether it’s a girl whose cycles got fixed after trying every pill out there or someone who finally stopped feeling bloated everyday—those small wins matter. I count every patient’s recovery as an achievement. Not flashy but real.. and yeah sometimes they surprise me more than my treatment do. |
I am practicing since last 1.5 years, online and offline both—depends on what patient needs or feel comfortable with. During this time I handled wide types of cases, not just physical complaints but also where people felt stuck, lost, or tired of trying treatments that didn’t help them much. Some reach out with chronic skin issues, others with digestion troubles, pain that keeps returning, or hormonal imbalance they don’t really know how to explain. I try to listen first, like really listen. Most people already half-know what their body telling them, they just don’t have someone to decode it with clarity n’ direction. Sometimes all they needed was to adjust small daily things—food pattern, sleep timing, or routine habits we normally ignore. Other times I suggest proper herbs, classical Ayurvedic medicines or therapies if required, but always with focus on long-term balance, not temporary patch-up. Whether it’s a 3 min doubt call or 30 min detail session, I put same level of attention. Even if we just talk once, I want it to be that one talk that changed something inside you. One thing I keep hearing from patients is — “I feel lighter just after talking with you.” That matters. Healing isn’t just about dosage or disease name. It’s about making someone feel heard, supported, and guided in right path. You may come with fear, or frustration or even doubt if Ayurveda will work — but by the end of that first consult, you’ll feel sure you can overcome it. Not blindly positive, but confident with a plan. I don’t claim quick-fixes. And sometimes even I get surprised at how slow or sudden recovery comes. But either way, I walk with the patient till they feel they’re ready to walk on their own. That’s all I aim for in each case — not just solving problem, but restoring trust in their own healing.
