Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am working mostly with male and female fertility issues, guiding couples with care from planning conception to Garbha sanskara. In women’s health I cover gynecology problems across all stages, from menarche to menopause, also helping in adolescent health management where early habits shape future well being. I deal with weight loss programs and gut correction plans, as digestion is often at the root of many issues. My focus also extend to hair and skin health, and managing musculoskeletal pain where simple therapies give relief. A lot of my practice is in lifestyle disorders—diabetes, hypertension, insomnia, ADHD, hypothyroidism, PCOS—conditions that disturb both body and mind. I believe in combining ayurvedic treatment with changes in daily routine, diet and stress managment so healing becomes more sustainable. Patients often say they feel supported not only by medicine but by the clarity of steps they can take every day.
Achievements:
I am working since 6 yrs in clinical practice, and in that time I was able to help 2 couples with fertility issues concieve naturally and later deliver healthy babies. I also guide as adolescent health coach and lifestyle coach, treating 15+ PCOS cases, around 5 with fibroid issues, and many who needed gut biome correction or mental health support. My way of work bring together medical care, nutrition, fitness and mind balance for more sustainable results in patients life.

I am someone who always try to listen first before suggesting anything. Many times patients just want to be heard and half of healing starts there only. I believe in looking at the root cause of illness rather than covering up symptoms. My aim is to give patients lasting relief in less time, without making them depend heavly on medicines if not really needed. Over the years I also became more like a counsellor for people dealing with stress, depression or mental strain, helping them find practical ways to cope and build a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes even small routine changes bring big shifts. In my work I focus lot on diet, because food is medicine if planned right. I prepare personalized diet charts, even designing new recipes that suit patient’s taste so they don’t feel like treatment is punishment. I want them to enjoy their own favorite cuisine but still gain therapeutic benefits from nutrition. Exercise also play a strong role, but I keep it simple and fun. I create easy to follow workout routines which are engaging and motivational, not those boring repetitve sets that people drop after a week. To make it more accessible, I also conduct one-to-one online workout sessions, where patients can exercise from their home but still get same feeling as working with a personal trainer. Many told me it feels like gym expereince at home, and that boost their confidence. The goal for me is always balance—mind, body and daily life working together. Ayurveda guide me in this, but I also keep practical view, knowing that each patient is unique and needs flexible approach. At the end, I measure my success not in numbers but in how patients feel better, lighter and more hopeful after working with me.
