How can I increase my Amh very low I want to conceive my periods are regular 25 days cycle but my Amh came low in report and a small cyst in my right ovary pls help me

Your regular cycles are definitely a good sign, and regarding that small cyst on your right ovary – often our body handles such things on its own. Ayurveda can offer supportive measures that may boost your overall reproductive health.
First off, let's talk food – super important in Ayurveda! Focus on what's nourishing. Include more sesame seeds, ghee, almonds, walnuts, and dairy if you can tolerate it. These are believed to nourish the reproductive tissues (artava dhatu). You might also want to add a pinch of saffron in warm milk before bedtime—it’s traditionally used to enhance fertility.
Herbal allies can also play a part. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are classic choices. Try Shatavari powder with a glass of warm milk or water twice a day. It’s believed to balance hormones and support the reproductive system. Ashwagandha, on the other hand, might help in reducing stress, which can be a major factor affecting fertility.
