Alright, low AMH can be a bit concerning, but it's not the end of the road. Your regular cycles are definitely a good sign, and regarding that small cyst on your right ovary – often our body handles such things on its own. Ayurveda can offer supportive measures that may boost your overall reproductive health. First off, let's talk food – super important in Ayurveda! Focus on what's nourishing. Include more sesame seeds, ghee, almonds, walnuts, and dairy if you can tolerate it. These are believed to nourish the reproductive tissues (artava dhatu). You might also want to add a pinch of saffron in warm milk before bedtime—it’s traditionally used to enhance fertility. Herbal allies can also play a part. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are classic choices. Try Shatavari powder with a glass of warm milk or water twice a day. It’s believed to balance hormones and support the reproductive system. Ashwagandha, on the other hand, might help in reducing stress, which can be a major factor affecting fertility. You mentioned that small cyst. Ayurveda sometimes looks at cysts as a Kapha disturbance. Reducing Kapha through your diet – think less sugar and dairy, plus more spices like ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric – might be beneficial. Don’t overdo the turmeric, though, just sprinkle it in your cooking. Yoga and pranayama can be game-changers – they calm the mind and balance the body's energies. Practices like baddha konasana (bound angle pose) or viparita karani (legs-up-the-wall pose) might be particularly helpful. And a lil' check on habits, sleep is your friend here, aim for 7-8 hours a night. Try getting some gentle morning sunlight to kick-start your circadian rhythms – something about that natural light that just works wonders for hormonal balance. Remember, Ayurveda takes time, it's about harmony, balance. While this holistic approach is gentle but profound, keep in touch with your healthcare provider about the cyst and any sudden issues. They might suggest treatments like laparoscopy if the cyst grows or bothers you. Stay patient, and nourish your body and spirit with kindness.
