Doctors’ responses

For your skin tags, hair loss, and dandruff issues, Ayurveda offers natural remedies that focus on detoxification, improving circulation, and nourishing the skin and hair. For skin tags, applying apple cider vinegar or tea tree oil (diluted) to the affected areas can gradually help reduce their size. Neem and turmeric have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help with skin health. For hair loss and dandruff, a mixture of bhringraj oil, amla oil, and neem oil can be massaged into the scalp to nourish the hair follicles and reduce dandruff. Internally, taking Triphala can help detoxify the body and support healthy skin, while ashwagandha can reduce stress, which may contribute to hair loss. A diet rich in vitamins and minerals (especially vitamin E, biotin, and zinc) from whole foods like leafy greens, nuts, and seeds can further support hair health. For overall wellness, continue drinking plenty of water, and aim for a balanced, stress-free lifestyle.

Skin tags and hair issues, huh? Not the best combo. But hey, we got Ayurveda on our side! So, let's dive into this. Skin tags, they might need a bit more than just home remedies sometimes, y’know? Often linked to kapha dosha imbalances – might be good to keep that in mind. For skin tags, you could try applying a bit of fresh aloe vera gel or even castor oil mixed with a pinch of turmeric. Do this daily, preferably at night, and let it stay on overnight. These aren’t magic bullets but work slowly over time to shrink tags. While doing this, be patient - like really patient. Ayurveda is more marathon, less sprint, y’know? Now, about your hair loss and dandruff. Sounds like a weak agni, perhaps? That could influence hair health. Try massaging your scalp with warm sesame oil or brahmi oil a couple of times a week. Leave it on for an hour or so, and then wash off with a mild shampoo. This nourishes your scalp, strengthens hair follicles, and could tame the dandruff party up there. And also, amla (Indian gooseberry) can be your friend. Eat amla or drink amla juice for the vit C boost. Diet-wise, keep at the wholesome home-cooked meals! Maybe add more leafy greens, citrus fruits, and nuts like almonds and walnuts which can help hair health for sure. Oh, and probiotics like yogurts or fermented foods help keep the gut balance, positively affecting both skin and hair too. Lastly, mindfulness activities like yoga or meditation could balance your doshas. Remember, stress is a real hair thief. If you ever feel things getting worse or unmanageable, don't play doc at home, eh? Professional advice is always a good call when things go beyond our natural remedies. Hope this helps you, mate!
