I’ve had bad constipation for years now, and nothing seems to work long-term. Tried meds, fiber, and drinking lots of water, but I still get bloated and uncomfortable. Someone suggested Basti treatment from Ayurveda, saying it’s a special type of enema that helps clean out the body. I want to know if it actually work, and is it safe? I’ve never done Ayurvedic treatments before, so I’m a bit nervous.
